Summer is here now. We should take at least 10 glasses of water daily. It will make you feel fresh, fine and flowery all the time. Proper hydration keep you fit free from many diseases. Outside food is to be avoided as adultrated food is being served by many eating joints fearlessly. Save childrens from outside lucrative food.
