I went through the report that you have mentioned above and going through the history you have provided. I would say synovial thicvkening in sports athletes are very common especially in wrist which caused due to "over strenious work "this type of injury are very common in body builders, tennis players or any spoirts which involves maximum use of wrist.

It looks like cervical pain that's the reason you have pain in the shoulder and along side until wrist. You need to take rest and you need to consult physiotherapist you need to do intermittent cervical traction and also inferential therapy treatment which will help you to get subsided with pain. Start with your hands in a prayer position. They should be slightly lower than you chin.
Slowly move your hands down towards your belly button. You should feel the stretch in your forearms and wrist.
Hold for 30 seconds and repeat 3-5 times.
Start by extending both of your arms in front of you. Make two fists, like you are punching the air.

You shoulder will become stiff and the movements would be diminished. For the right hand pain it might be due to carpal tunnel syndrome, where the pain will be felt in the wrist. You can do hot water fermentation/ wax therapy for shoulder and for the wrist pain (hand pain) you can do ice therapy which will reduce the pain.

. For the right hand pain it might be due to carpal tunnel syndrome, where the pain will be felt in the wrist. You can do hot water fermentation/ wax therapy for shoulder and for the wrist pain (hand pain) you can do ice therapy which will reduce the pain. Can do hotwater fermentation and ice therapy at home. You shall also take physiotherapy treatment called shortwave diathermy which would help you to get relieved with pain.
