Your fracture will get heal fast unless you don't have abscess formation in that area, better to consult the same doctor before consulting a plastic surgeon, might be it will be cured by medicine only.

Hello Lybrate user, I would recommend to use homeopathic medicine, hepar sulph 1m twice a day. Repeat it, if only needed. Also, you can rinse your mouth with salt water 3-4 times a day.
For more help/ consultation, you can contact me.
Have a good day.

Irregular brushing technique with worn out tooth brush will certainly cause the gums to bleed. Bleeding is also due to infected & swollen gums. Advise investigation (opg x-ray) with clinical examination for the treatment to check for bone loss & pockets. Adv. Artificial enamel filling, deep cleaning or surgical curettage, a gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks.

Hello lybrate-user,
The small pus on tooth gum might be a draining sinus due to infection of tooth due to caries or trauma. This type of infection needs root canal treatment. Sometimes, the small pus maybe due to gums infection also. In that case treatment of gums is needed. Kindly visit your dentist again and give him/her proper history and report this pus formation on tooth gum.
