Corporate life many a times makes an individual to stay late night awake and sleep in day time. This practice for a prolonged duration may cause many irregularities in physical and mental health of an individual like sleeplessness, anxiety etc.
Ayurveda gives an advice to avoid the bad effects of Day sleep and working night.
7-8 hrs of night sleep on an average if considered as healthy sleep (10 pm - 6 am) and IF ONE MISSES 4 HRS OF NIGHT SLEEP, Ayurveda advises him to SLEEP FOR ONLY 2 HRS THE NEXT DAY.
This helps the body to adjust for better metabolic activities.
