- At the present scenario, everyone suffers from depression in their life. It's not the problem of only elderly, even small kids also feel depression because of loneliness n studies load n exam tension. Our lifestyle is the biggest reason of depression. It decrease our memory n make us prone for different stress related diseases like hypertension n daibetes.
- So its better to control depression. Do meditation n control through diet.
- Eat banana which increase level of dopamine n help us in reducing depression.
