"As"per your clinical history is concerned please discuss ith your treating Doctor about [ABITOR-F tab]once a day for high Triglycerides level and it should be less than 150mg/dl.Do follow few lifestyle modificaions like this -

1)Try to buy lean cuts of meat. Cut away all visible fat before cooking it.

As your lipid components are increased marginally To maintain your lipid you need to increase your intake of fibrous food like green vegetable spinach, peas, beans, fruits with their skin like plum, peach, etc. Exercise daily including brisk walk of 20 min, avoid fatty and oily food ,carbonated beverages red meat etc.
