Nowadays In each school and in every class, we can find the hyperactive child, there are several reasons for the intention and hyperactivity in kids.
1. As we know that nowadays our life is very hectic and fast, we want to be superhuman, especially women who are working are unable to give time to themselves. It affects at the time of pregnancy to the child.
2. Unhealthy eating habits, junk food, packed food which we are giving everyday to our kids it is not safely added preservatives, spices and sugar are the main reasons for hyperactivity in kids.
3. Environment plays important role in shaping their behavior as parents do not have time for kids so they become frustrated as nobody is there to talk to them this causes aggression in them and they show in their behavior with family, siblings and classmates.
4. Fourth reason is everyone wants to get everything very easily, that means we are not physically active, busy playing games on smartphones, tabs etc.
Children are not engaging themselves in outdoor games and activities which is essential in there mental and physical health, the school age child is developing in every area because of this child has high energy and it can be channelised only by outdoor games.
