Due to these stigmas, even though most women do indulge in masturbation regularly, they choose to lie when confronted with this topic.

Myth: Masturbation is not related to any health benefits.
Fact: Masturbation has both emotional and physical health benefits. It helps in achieving better sleep, a youthful appearance, better self-esteem, reduced stress levels and much more. In case of women, it helps them to eliminate premenstrual tension, pain during sexual intercourse and vaginal dryness. In men, it helps to control premature ejaculation.
