Yes this could be caused due to urinary tract infection caused by bacteria or a parasite. You'll need to undergo a urine test and your treatment will start after that. Text consult to have a proper treatment.

Requirement of surgery depends on the severity of the symptoms and the patient/family preference. Hypospadias can cause difficulty in controlling the urine stream and sexual dysfunction later in life. This condition can not be treated with medicines. However it can be treated with surgery. The complications of surgery should be discussed with the concerned surgeon before taking a decision.

Post void urine of less than 50 cc means your bladder is evacuated normally after urination and there is no excess residual urine in bladder. So it is normal.

Hello! I have cystitis caused by bacterium enterococcus faecalis. It showed to be responding to amoxicillin. I was prescribed to to take it in doses of 550 3 times a day for 7 days. I wasn't warned that I had to take it each 8 hours. So during the first 3 days I took with my meals at 1 pm, 6 pm, 10 pm. On the 3 day I still had severe burning in the emptied bladder. It become even stronger then during the 2 day (maybe?). Doctor didn't give me any clarifications. On the 4th day I switched to a doze each 8 hours. Now it's 6 day of my new 8 hour regime and the 11 day since the start of amoxicillin. I still have burning in my bladder, pulsating pain (sometimes), and need to urinate each 30 min. Please, tell, me should I try to take amoxicillin for another couple of days? Till 10 days or 14? Or could my bacteria already be resistant to it? Also, I have this bacteria for 3 months before I was prescribed amoxicillin (medical mistake). So I might have a complicated case.
