Fast foods are highly processed contain large amounts of carbohydrates added sugars unhealthy fats high in calories but little or no nutritional value contain extra calories causes insulin resistance high BP rise in blood sugar high cholesterol depression headache pimples on face shortness of breath etc. So try to avoid fast foods take fresh fruits and vegetables and stay healthy do exercises or yoga or walking.
