For weight gain first thing that is important is appetite. U can improve this with regular exercise like walking. For weight gain hv foods that are calorie dense like dried fruits ,seeds, nuts, peanut butter, cream,butter, cows ghee. Granola.Have full fat milk and it's products. Make good use of healthy oils in diet like flax seed oil, olive oil. Have meals 5- 6 times daily.

Keeping the skin hydrated definately helps in psoriasis. Apply flax seed oil. Have flax seeds orally every day and if non vegetarian: fish.Use SLS free soaps only like dove. Apply coconut oil before bathing. Dove soap while bathing. Any good body moisturizer after bathing. Flax seed oil at night. Have flax seeds every day. Avoid warm water baths. Apart from this one needs certain medicine prescribed by dermatologist.

Hi Mr. lybrate-user Avoid sour food items, egg plant, non veg ,refined sugar and reduce intake of carbohydrates (rice, maida) Take organic paneer and flax seed oil combination twice a day which will give you good relief. Thanx.

Some of the tips for dry, damaged and rough hairs are- 1. Repair damage with an avocado- Mash a ripe avocado (pit removed) with one egg, then apply this home remedy to wet hair. Avocados are rich in vitamins, essential fatty acids, and minerals that will help restore luster to your hair, Leave on for at least 20 minutes, then rinse several times. Repeat once a week for damaged hair and once a month for healthy hair. 2. Massage in butter- Try this home remedy: treat dry, brittle hair with a small amount of butter for a glossy shine. Massage it into your dry hair, then cover your hair with a shower cap for about a half hour. Shampoo as usual, and rinse all the butter out 3. Condition with olive oil- Put the moisture back into dry hair by warming up 1/2 cup olive oil (do not boil it), and then rubbing it into your hair. Cover tresses with a plastic bag, then wrap everything in a towel. Let this home remedy do its thing for 45 minutes, then shampoo and completely rinse 4. Rinse with tea- You may think of tea as a sore throat remedy, but you can also use it to give hair a natural shine. Use a quart of warm, unsweetened tea (freshly brewed or instant) as a final rinse after your regular shampoo. Tea can enhance hair color, so make sure to use a tea that works with your hair color. Blondes should use chamomile tea; black tea may darken their tresses. Brunettes should use black tea to enhance shine and enrich color. 5. Whip up an apple cider vinegar mask- Put the life back into your limp or damaged hair with this terrific home remedy: combine 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar with 2 tablespoons olive oil and 3 egg whites, then rub the mix into your hair. Keep your hair covered for about a half hour using plastic wrap or a shower cap, then shampoo and rinse 6. Treat with botanical oils- Available at health food stores, olive, jojoba, and sweet almond oils are all wonderful elixirs for damaged hair. If your hair is thick and heavy, coconut oil works well. Dampen your hair and apply small amounts of the botanical oil until your hair is thoroughly covered. Top off with shower cap and warm towel for about 30 minutes, then rinse and shampoo your hair out. 7. Try sandalwood oil- Mix a few drops of sandalwood oil with a few drops of olive or jojoba oil, rub the mixture between your palms, then smooth it through the ends of your hair for instant sleekness and a way to curb and condition brittle, flyaway hair 8. Wrap wet hair dry- Instead of rubbing your hair after you get it wet, wrap up your damaged hair in a cotton towel, and let the cotton absorb the moisture for a few minutes. This helps protect against further split ends. 9. Use a humidifier at night- Your home heating probably keeps the air very dry, especially in winter, and that can dry out your hair. Putting moisture back into the air will help your hair from becoming more dry and damaged. 10. Let your hair down- If you usually wear your hair in a ponytail, take it out for a few hours a day to give your hair a break. Also, try not to pull hair back too tightly. And never sleep with any sort of accessories in your hair. 11. Eat your omega-3s- Take one to three 250-milligram capsules of evening primrose oil, or flax seed oil one to three times a day. They are rich in omega-3 fatty acids like gamma-linolenic acid, great for keeping hair (and nails) moisturized. I hope this will help you. For more queries contact us.

However, it's just fine to eat the seeds raw. The high amounts of oil in raw flax mean that the seeds can go rancid, especially after they're ground, so it's helpful to store them in the fridge. Sprinkle raw, ground flax seeds on cereal or granola, bake them into cookies and bars, or eat them as a salad topping. Brown.

1.Go for regular exercise like brisk walking for 30 minutes daily ,2.reduce weight if you are over weight 3. Take adequate rest and have 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night 4. Avoid stress 5.Avoid dietary sugar like bread, pasta, use healthy fats like olive oil 6.Take zinc containing food like milk, meat, fish, cheese, beans, yogurt etc 7. Take vitamin D supplement (1000-2000 mg daily). 8.Take Plenty of green leafy vegetables, cauliflower, spinach, bean, mushroom, onion, garlic, fruits, diet rich in mono unsaturated fat& eomega 3 fatty acid (walnut, almond,flax seed/flax seed oil, soybean/soy milk/ oil), egg, fish,fish oil, sardines,salmon, dark chocolate, carrots,oats, blue berries/ banana/pomegranate/cereals, 9.Drink plenty of water, pomegranate juice, green tea 2-3 cups /day without sugar/ milk (Green tea contains anti oxidant like flavonoid and helps in improving sperm quality, but in high doses may affect sperm quality) 10. Avoid smoking, alcohol consumption 11. Take one capsule of Zevit daily, 12. If required you have to take injection testosterone after checking blood testosterone level and consulting doctor 13.
