Attention deficit/hyperactivity issue (ADHD) is a mental condition that is marked by a continuous example of inattention as well as hyperactivity-impulsivity that meddles with the working or advancement of that person. Hyperactivity implies that a person tends to move around continuously, especially into situations in which it is not needed.
