  • 2-3 raw green mangoes
  • 2 cups of water
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons black salt
  • 1 tablespoon mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  • Ice

Mix all these ingredients with the boiled and ground pulp of green mangoes. We can also add some pinches of regular table salt if needed.

One normal glass of Aam Panna contains around 180 calories. Aam Panna is rich in carbohydrates and vitamins - A, B1, B2 and C.
