  1.  GRAM FLOUR, TURMERIC & LEMON JUICE

    • Rinse it off with lukewarm water, never use hot water for showering.

  2. SUGAR SCRUB

    • 1 cup of organic brown sugar and half a cup of oil (Olive oil or Coconut oil)

    • Take a cup of aloe vera gel and gently apply it on the skin. Keep it for half an hour before going to take a shower. You can use aloe vera gel 3 to 4 times a week.

  • Eat healthy fats including flax seeds, nuts, etc.
