5 tips to good sleep eat dinner by 7-9 pm latest go to sleep by 10 to get up fresh after 6-8 hrs sleep.keep right pillow close all lights.do not have any loud sound or music.meditate to sleep and thank god for nice day blessed.have a hot glass of milk with some turmeric almond crushed for saporific effect.don't drink heavy at bed.
