26th November is Anti-Obesity Day - So be careful of OBESITY.
Keeping in view of the anti- obesity day, my sincere advise to all my patients is, you have to decrease the oil frying of all vegetables, and even non-vege products also, so that you can avoid the heart problems, because it is nothing but avoiding the high cholesterol, the high cholesterol is the cause of heart problems. The high consumption of oil will increase the cholesterol level in our blood.
