Cumin, also known as 'jeera' in the Indian subcontinent, is an ancient seed that has been prized for more than 3000 years. Ayurveda holds this spice in high regards and uses it for treating a host of health disorders including burning of excess fat.

Why are cumin seeds considered to aid in weight loss?

  1. An effective detoxifier: Ayurveda considers the accumulation of toxins to cause weight gain and other medical conditions.
