DARK SPOTS •Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. •Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. •Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result.

You are too young, so for sure you don't need any medicine for weight loss. You can start by checking your fat ratio and muscles mass. According to that you can start with high fiber and low fat diet. But for that you need to check your fat mass. Sometimes it is bone weight as well to an extent. So it's better to get to know about that that what is the process that need to be followed.

Increase the calories in your diet while watching your carbohydrate intake. Gaining weight is simply a matter of eating more calories than you burn, but having diabetes complicates the equation because it's not safe for diabetics to eat whatever foods they want. Recommends limiting sweets like candy and chocolate, as they can spike your blood sugar levels too quickly, and instead of eating foods with refined carbohydrates like white rice, white bread and pasta, Eat more whole grains like whole wheat bread, proteins like chicken and fats like olive oil. Continue to check your blood sugar levels as often as your doctor or dietitian recommends.

Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. Use AHA Glow face wash once in a day. Use Sunscreen with SPF 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- Do not eat Junk, Eat more Vegetables and fruits especially with Vitamin C.

Be active. Have lot of fibres and good diet. If there is any disease like anaemia, indigestion, leucorrhoea etc, the med may be different. Have little exercise and long walks. There are some herbomineral ayurveda combos helping to gain weight. But you have to follow directions strictly. But never use harmonal medicine for gaining weight. For any specific query pl. Consult privately.

I am 53 Years old, few days ago I had a thyroid test. In the result THS shows 7.88 Unit mcIU/ml. Is it dangerous level of THS? if so what is the medicine and is there any diet by which it can be brought to the normal level.

Mr chandrashekhara, tsh level 7.88 milli units/ml is abnormal, it should be below 4.2. Higher tsh level means thyroid gland is not functioning properly and there is a deficiency of the hormone thyroxine. Only treatment is to take thyroxine tablets in adequate dosage for life time. Certain dietary precautions should be taken like avoid soya containing foods, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, mustard and coffee. Consume good quantity of green vegetables (other than mentioned), use onion, garlic, fruits and whole grain flour for breads.

1. For back pain: exercise regularly including stretching, yoga and exercises by lying on back. Do not sit at one place for longer time, avoid bending and lifting heavy weight. Apply orthomove oil over back twice daily. You may need internal medication. Consult for that. 2. Two types of thyroid changes hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism. In hypothyroid, there is weight gain, laziness, lethargy, hair fall, irregular menses in females, chilliness etc. In hyperthyroid there is profuse perspiration, feeling hot all the time, weight loss, heavy bleeding, restlessness etc.

For fair skin: • Applying a mixture of cucumber and papaya with one teaspoon of each and with three teaspoon of oatmeal apply it for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with water twice a week. • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week.. • Apply one teaspoon orange juice or take a piece of orange open it then apply that area for 5 minutes then rinse off it once a week. • Eat More fruits daily. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Save yourself from sunlight by covering your face with cloth or by using sunscreen lotion.

Hi lybrate-user. Eat a balanced diet .take ample of proteins in your diet. Include shakes, smoothies,sprouts, lean meats chicken ,fish, pulses and legumes, nuts to gain weight. Eat every two hrs.

Self Tips For Preventing Kidney Diseases!

Chronic kidney disease, also called chronic kidney failure, describes the gradual loss of kidney function. Your kidneys filter wastes and excess fluids from your blood, which are then excreted in your urine. When chronic kidney disease reaches an advanced stage, dangerous levels of fluid, electrolytes and wastes can build up in your body.

In the early stages of chronic kidney disease, you may have few signs or symptoms. Chronic kidney disease may not become apparent until your kidney function is significantly impaired.

Treatment for chronic kidney disease focuses on slowing the progression of the kidney damage, usually by controlling the underlying cause. Chronic kidney disease can progress to end-stage kidney failure, which is fatal without artificial filtering (dialysis) or a kidney transplant.

The kidney has multiple functions, and one of it is to act like a filter and remove out waste substances. These filtered out substances are excreted through the urine.

Common kidney diseases including infections, kidney stones, diabetic effects, hypertensive effects, tumours, chronic kidney disease (effects of both hypertension and diabetes) and kidney failure.

Features of kidney diseases:

  1. Infections usually start with symptoms like burning with urination, change in colour of urine, and low abdominal pain.
  2. Kidney stones are usually identified by their characteristic pain in the sides of the back
  3. Smaller stones up to about 4 mm are passed through urine on their own.
  4. However, for larger stones, external shock waves are used to break them into smaller ones, which are then eliminated by the kidneys.

How Can I Prevent Kidney Disease?

The key to prevention or delay of severe kidney disease is early detection and aggressive intervention -- while there's still time to slow down the progression to kidney failure. Medical care with early intervention can change the course of chronic kidney disease and help prevent the need for dialysis or a kidney transplant.

Diabetes and high blood pressure account for two thirds of all cases of chronic kidney disease. By aggressively managing diabetes and high blood pressure with diet, exercise, and medications, you may be able to prevent kidney failure and help keep as much kidney function as possible.

Infections:

  • To prevent urinary tract infections, proper hygiene is very important.
  • Thorough washing of the external urinary tract and use of clean underwear and toilet facilities is very important.

Kidney stones:

  • Intravenous injections of pain relievers to help in pain control immediately on seeing the patient. If pain persists, an additional shot may also be required.
  • Patients also have accompanying nausea and vomiting and may require antiemetics to control these.
  • At the time of discharge, these medications can be continued at home.
  • Hydration is very important, so drink at least 3 litres of water.
  • Urine should be strained to ensure the stones have been passed
  • Monitoring urine output including quantity and colour for any changes is also important. If urine is turbid, water intake should be increased.
  • Avoid oxalate-rich foods. Most kidney stones are composed of calcium oxalate, and therefore foods rich in oxalate should be avoided. Beets, spinach, okra, tea, chocolate, soy, etc., should be minimised
  • Reducing intake of salt and animal protein also helps in preventing recurrence. Legumes are a good option for proteins.
  • Calcium supplements, if being taken, may need to be reduced or stopped. This can be managed by including enough calcium in the diet.

Chronic kidney disease: This is seen as a side effect of hypertension and diabetes.

  • Constant monitoring of both BP and sugar levels is very essential.
  • Keep cholesterol levels under check as suggested by your doctor
  • Medicines should be taken as prescribed and not altered without medical supervision
  • Quit smoking if the habit is still being continued
  • Improve physical activity levels, which will also help control BP, sugar, and cholesterol levels
  • Weight monitoring is essential to keep check, not just on kidneys but overall health.
  • Kidney diseases put a person in a vicious cycle of health problems, so early detection and prevention are advised.

Here are some self-tips to prevent kidney diesease:

  1. Get Tested Regularly - At your next checkup, and at least within the next year if you haven't had these tests done:
    • Ask for a urine test to see if you have excess protein, glucose, or blood in the urine.
    • Ask for a blood pressure reading
    • Ask for a fasting blood glucose test
    • Ask for a creatinine test. 
  2. Control Diabetes - If you have diabetes, work with your health care provider to keep your blood sugar levels under the best possible control. A program of diet, regular exercise, glucose monitoring, and medications to control blood sugars and protect kidney function can help.
  3. Control High Blood Pressure - If you have high blood pressure, work with your health care provider to get your blood pressure within target ranges. A program of diet, regular exercise, and medications can help.

The best natural medicine for all respiration problem is cinnamon (dal chini). Put one table spoon of dal chini powder in water in night, in morning drink the water empty stomach. Doing this for 3 months without break will cure your respiration problem. Hi with dose of thyroxine 75 mcg is your tsh normal? if so then continue the same. Back ache is usually due to no specific exercise to those muscles plus improper postures. You may start a schedule of exercises for abdomen and lower back. Also start on tablet veba plus daily one for about 3 - 4 months.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Hello, white patches on your skin are a common type of depigmented skin lesion associated with an infection, allergy, or autoimmune disorder.
