Stop cycling, take rest for three days without weight bearing .start qudraceps exercise by sitting on a tall chair straight your knee for many times after your rest period. Make this exercise as a habit. Good luck.

i am suffering from back pain and leg pain n some time fever also during the day from 3-4 days. I consult the doctor but the medicine has no effect and pain is continuous. I am student and my exam is nearer. please help me out from this problem.

Hello, Rest for three days on lying will help you more than any pain killers, avoid sitting, avoid bending forward will reduce strain in your spine. If you're having pain in your muscles in back of your thyes you should check any shortening of your hamstring muscle, if so you should stretch your harm string muscles by sitting on a chair and keep your leg on a table have more night than your chair with out knee bending. Some times lying supine in a bed with a pillow in your back for a short time will help you to relive your pain and if fever persist more than three days no way you have to consult your doctor. I.

Hello, your back pain is not because of habit you noted hear, there may be some physical, mechanical or physical problem's that you have to find with investigations like xray, blood test and councling. In a physiotherapist view conservative treatment for your pain is first take rest on lay down on a bed for three days, start spinal strengthening exercises, after one or two weak start corestrengtning exercises, go for walking or swimming every day, check your knee muscle is having enough strength, weakness in knee muscle will give strain on your back, if there is weakness in knee you have to start with qudreceps exetsises by sitting on a tallchair straighten your knee for many times, again check any tightness in hamstring muscles (muscles in back of thyes, if its there you have to stretch your hamstring muscles. Avoid bike riding, avoid bending forward, avoid sitting this will help to avoid sprain to your back. Good luck
