Lybrate-user ,do not worry. Take milk everyday 150 ml morning and night without sugar, to cut down the calories, since you are obese. Milk contains natural calcium which is essential for bones. Walk in sunlight for Vit D, which is essential for calcium absorbtion. You can take tablet supplement Calcium with D3. Walk atleast for 45 minutes everyday. If you follow the 3 things what I suggested your bone density will increase, since you are only 30 yrs. Bye.

Hi Doctor, We are blessed with baby girl by 12th Jan 2018 through Cesarean. Mother and baby both good. My wife age is 27 and mine is 29. During her pregnancy doctor advised us not to have contact due to complications. So more than 11 months we are not having sexual contact. 1. Almost 70 days over after Cesarean. When can v have sexual contact? 2. We are not planning for next baby after 2 years. By using condom whether we can avoid pregnancy? Kindly explain on usage of condom brief please.

General Physician,
lybrate-user, you can have sex with your wife at present, provided if your wife is not weak and she also willing for sex. Use condom to avoid pregnancy, during the ovulation period between 10th to 16th day from the menstrual period, to be on safer side. Bye.
