Mindfulness helps to manage stress. It is a skill and can be improved by regular practice. Body scan and breath awareness meditation are tools to improve mindfulness. Changing your breathing patterns mindfully is also useful tool to change default mode of your brain.

You should brush teeth morning and night. You can relieve your stress by stretching and relaxing your muscles. It will relieve bad effects of stress on your body you can learn thinking skills to be stress free in any problem.

Give me suggestion.
It is because of adrenaline rush don't be panic instead feel that you are getting exited and energize to face the challenge. Body is helping you if you are too uncomfortable and unable to do a task in hand, do deep breathing for five minutes. It will reduce your heart rate.

I am 22 year old with 5ft 10inch high and 74kgs weight. I have blood pressure 130/90. Few days onwards am suffering with palpitations and a little pain at centre of chest today and discomfort at right shoulder usually lasts for 1/2 seconds. This happened to me earlier also but it have gone my doctor said it was due to stress. I do not have any other symptoms of heatstroke. Please help me. Am I at risk. What should I do?

Your symptoms can be because of stress. Do regular deep breathing for five minutes and anulom vilom for three minutes. Go for brisk walking for ten minutes it will reduce your stress.

Psychological stress is causing many physical disease. Hypertension, diabetes,
Hyperacidity, psoriasis, migraine, ibs, chronic fatigue are some examples of stress induced disease.
Along with medicines patients should learn to manage stress. Improving self awareness is first step of it. Mindfulness meditation is very useful to improve self awareness. Because of this awareness person can choose thought to ponder or to ignore. It is important learning.
Irrational thoughts are the main culprit for our anxiety and stress. Mindfulness helps to slow down internal clutter. Mindful walking. Mindful eating changes default mode of our brain. Our brain is always thinking. It is similar to computer. If there are too many files opened simultaneously the computer will get slowed and crashed. You should scan it and close some open files. Similarly our brain is stressed due to continuous thinking.
Meditation helps to shut down some files in our brain for some time. Five to ten minutes of meditation will revitalize your brain.
Meditation is non religious. Anyone can learn it and experience it's benefits by one month regular practice. There are many research papers published worldwide on effects of meditation. Dr. Herbert benson from howard university named it as relaxation response. He found that meditation is helpful on many stress induced disease. Meditation can be learned by online coaching. There is no need to meet so called spiritual or religious guru. It is better to learn it from doctor because he can synergistically teach meditation with psychotherapy.

I used to live alone. I went through depression during this period.. This period of my life get stuck in my head. I do not know what it is? I am so used to live in depression that every single minutes of my life is giving me a very hard day. I wanna live calm and peaceful life like others do. My face reflects that how depressed I am. I usually afraid to make eye contact with others during conversation because I have a huge dark circles around my eyes. Please help me out.
