Dear Lybrate user, you need fix orthodontic treatment for correct your teeth alignment. It is a long duration treatment. It will take 1.5 to 2 years in completion of the treatment. After treatment your tooth alignment will be correct. For further clean your teeth you need scaling of your teeth. You should consult to your dentist for scaling of your teeth and fixed orthodontic treatment.

If you have habits like taking tea, coffee often or smoking habits, paan chewing can cause stains. Kindly quit these habits if you have so. Stains could be removed by dentist either by scaling or bleaching technique. It is not advisable to use baking soda because it could harm the gums slowly. Kindly visit a dentist in person.

Breathe through your nose instead of your mouth: Try to address any snoring or sleep apnea issues that could be affecting your breath and causing dry mouth. Drink water: Keep your mouth moist by drinking plenty of water. Clean your dentures at least once a day: Practice the same, proper oral care that you would with your original teeth. Hello lybrate-user, Maintaining a good oral hygiene is key to oral health. Only brushing does not help in it. You need to floss your teeth (areas between the teeth) and also keep the tongue clean. Along with it, consult a dentist every 6 months for regular checkup and scaling/cleaning and polishing of the teeth. This will help in getting rid of the problem effectively. Thank you.

Get scaling polishing done by a dentist than brush twice daily especially at night avoid coloured foodstuffs use snow dent tooth paste.

Hi. Their are many reasons for that, it might be due to excessive spicy food or some sharp tooth irritating your mucosa. Does it happen at same location or location changes. If at same location than it might be due to local factor like sharp tooth or cheek biting, otherwise may be due to some vitamin deficiency like vitamin b deficiency. Sometimes due to normal stomach problems like having worms in stomach might cause it. Take some vitamin b and vitamin c tablets. That wl surely help you out.

Rinse your mouth with fatkiri water, also gurgle with laung, you can also take pain killer for now, visit your dentist as soon as possible.
