I will suggest you to Get your blood checked for CBC and follow up with reports and I will suggest you to take injection vitcofol 2 cc intramuscularly every alternate days for five pricks over the buttocks through a health professional.

Absolutely not. Obsession about sex has been an old haunt of mankind. However, when it cripples you in anyway, then it is of concern. If it is occasional, like I imagine in your case, it may go away in the same manner it came. But if you indulged in it, it will continue and will plague you to distraction. So what to do? Just don?t indulge in it. When it comes, look at it, like it, and then let it go. Channelize your energy into some active contact games, regularly. Also meet up and socialize with heterogeneous groups and learn what it takes to relate to both sexes, comfortably. Learn that meeting with girls does not have to be only sexually oriented. There are so many things that happen between boys and girls and so much to learn about the opposite gender to help you to relate to them in a refined manner. Sex is sacred and you need to have respect for the opposite gender. Over time, you will develop a healthy attitude and good self-control around your sexual impulses and will turn out to be a thorough gentleman. I suggest you also get some sex education from a reliable source and know its nuances and impulse generation capacity. You will also learn how to deal with the sexual drive, whenever it comes on.

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer.

Harmful effect on retina due to use of hydroxychloroquine or other toxins is called as retinal toxicity. There is bilateral change in the retinal pigment epithelium of the macula that gives the appearance of bulls eye. Retinal toxicity may leads to loss of acuity, loss of peripheral vision, night blindness and in severe cases total blindness.

You take 3 big meals n 2 small meals between 3 big meals. In morning take 1 glass of lukeworm water with 1/2 spoon methidana powder its helps to control blood sugar level. Then walk for 45 min. Tea without sugar with biscuits (digestive marrie / marrie gold) after 1 hr you take breakfast like daliya, oats, upma, sprouts. In midmorning take any fruit except banana, cheeku, grapes. In lunch take 1- 1/2 chapati, dal, salad, vegetables and curd. Then snacks then dinner n don't take rice. Ou take 3 big meals n 2 small meals between 3 big meals. Hi, Follow these tips to increase your blood pressure: 1. Increase intake of salt by adding salt to curds rice and taking pickles along with curds rice. 2. Drink plenty of fluids like Nimbu pani, tender coconut, water, buttermilk, fresh fruit juices,etc. 3.Drink hot coffee or tea when you feel dizzy. 4. Take sound sleep for 7-8 hours at night. 5. Hi, yogurt is a very good natural ingredient for clearing dark spots. Dark spots are generally a result of sun exposure and require de-tanning. Apply yogurt for 20 minutes everyday and then wash your face. It will take time to lighten the marks. Laser treatment can give you fast and better result.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).
