Hi, lybrate-user there could be many reasons for weight gain. When you gain weight then obviously several other problems arises. To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar. This helps immediately. We should avoid processed food. The healthy weight loss diet should contain ample amount of vegetable with sufficient protein. Taking some dietary supplements which helps in weight loss as well. Sample diet planbreakfast - russian salad with boiled eggs. Lunch - cooked vegetable + 1 chapatti +salad +curd. Dinner - paneer tikka with green chutney. Snacks - dry fruits and nuts with green tea. Suggested supplements microfruit tablet -- daily after breakfast cytofresh tablets-- daily after breakfast lipolyzer tummy tablet daily--after lunch and dinner.

My face is full of pimples and oil faced .day by day my skin is becoming dirty .can you suggest me some medical face washes or some lotion for my skin I am 21 years old.

I'm 21 years old . I have a height problem. My body is developing but my height is not growing. My weight is 57 but height is only 5'3 inches. How can I grow up my height. Please help me.

There are methods by which you can gain some height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height.

I am 30 years old, complexion of my face is wheatish, but arround my mouth is quite dark in colour. And my face have more oil secretion, so I am unable to apply to lotion or cream in my face. So, my face looks so dull in the morning itself. Please help with some suitable remedy ?

Use citaphil face wash and apply masoor dal powder with chirongui powder mixed with raw milk in morning and night. Apply vitamin e serum at night and in day apply mixture of lemon juice with rose water on dark area. Use sunscreen whenever you go out

hi, The last 3 years average reading of my BP is 150/90. If I start exercising on a daily basis, it comes down to 140/85, and if I go for long periods (months) of inactivity, it goes upto 160/100. What tests and medications do I need?

Try to build muscles lybrate-user. Do regular ecercise keeping your diet habits good and high. Don; t try to increase the fat by with some out side food. Or medicine. Just be on natural diet and do exercise.

I have been losing hair on my head frequently. The problem seems not very severe but a considerable amount of hair on my head has been losing. Please help me with this problem.

Daily shedding of upto 50to70 hairs is normal which is part of hair cycle in which the fallen hairs eventually grow back again. If you are having more 100 hairs shedding per day you could be having a process called telogen effluvium which could be due to many factors like illness, hormonal problems, stress etc. This may require sorting out of the primary cause in addition to some basic hair medicines.

Hello lybrate users- its due to excessive vata-pitta prakopa happened due to late night work. I always suggest my patient not to wake up late at night. It causes insomnia, loss of mental alertness, lathargyness, indigestion, skin problems and dementia up to some extent. Try this ayurvedic routine to recover safely from your symptoms- a) massage with sheer bala oil daily in the morning before bath. B) massage your foot soles with plain cows ghee daily for 10 minutes before going to bed. C) use mahabhrngraj hair oil for head massage daily. D) use kamdudha ras 1 tab twice daily. E) sleep at least half the time which you have spent at night to counter the adverse effects. You will surely see the change from first week of treatment.

How can I gain my weight without any work out or medicine. Now I'm 19 but my weight is 45. How I gain my weight.

The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Not sure if there is anyone who is happy with their image, different people have different complaints. Fat thighs, fat upper arms, too thin legs, sagging breasts, pot belly, the list is just too long. While exercise and diet can be used to achieve overall fitness levels, they cannot produce the body shape that you have in mind (simulating your celebrity body part maybe). Almost all complaints revolve around the excess fat (in most cases) and about the quality of the skin.

However, there are various surgical methods which can produce results that are amazingly quick, effective, and safe. Body contouring is usually done by removing excess fat deposits and skin from various parts of the body. The skin also gets tightened during the process, also reducing cellulite. While most women complain about thighs and hips, men complain about their stomach area.

Some of the common body sculpting procedures includes:

  1. Arm lifts: With age, there is excessive fat accumulation and sagging of the upper arm, which can be corrected by removing excess fat. Contrarily, thin arms can be helped by using biceps implants.

It will definitely help in fat removal, cellulite reduction and skin tightening; however, the key is to set a common goal and work towards it.

To cover post pregnancy deficiency I am advice a to z gold multivitamins tablets. I am also having iron tablet in morn & calcium in evening. I am not breastfeeding. Can I take this tablets is this multivitamin safe. Can I take all three together. There is a misconception that multivitamins & iron tablets make you gain weight. Please advice as I need to reduce weight. There won't be my side effect na. How long I need to take this tablets if multivitamin not good you suggest some good multivitamin.
