Hi there, lately I've been having alot of sex with my boyfriend sometimes we fuck 4 times in 24 hours, I just wanted to know if theres any harm in having this much sex in this short time, will my vagina be disturbed if I have even more sex, what about my boyfriend's penis? It is in-fact the most healthy activity for both man and woman. It is the only activity where every part of woman’s brain is activate. Brain activity during a female orgasm has been described as secondary to an epileptic seizure as all regions of brains is activated, even unrelated brain regions come to life. It does not cause any problem and you can continue having same frequency of sex. It does not harm your vagina or even penis in any way.

Please do not get worried as not necessarily you conceive in a month or two once you start trying. Relax. Try natural conception for five or six months. If you fail to get result then think of visiting a gynaecologist.

First you need to check for pregnancy. If she is not pregnant then you can give her tablet deviry for 5 days to get menses. If she is pregnant then it can be aborted with abortion pills till 7 weeks from her last menses.

You are in peri menopausal age. Menopause is said to have started of one does not have menses for 1 year. Menopause means that the ovaries in your body have ceased to produce the ovum and has been depleted of it. Usually when ovum is produced, another hormone called estrogen is also released. Lack of ovulation means lack of estrogen. This deficiency of estrogens causes the various symptoms that you are suffering. It is good that you are going to gym. Your weight of 76 kg is excess for your height of 160cm meet a gynecologist and take her help in solving your bloated feeling. She may prescribe some medicines depending on your assessment and help you. Natural food which help in perimenopause are soyabeans which have naturla estrogens. This is a passing phase in life of every woman-menopause. No hormone tests or treatment. Let her be busy with routine activities, make her net savvy to be connected to virtual world. Stay away from negative friends and relatives. Get her tested for heart, eyes, bones as bones start losing calcium and are more prone to fractures. Give her vitamins and calcium supplements through high protein diet and medicines-shelcal 500/day + nutrisan /day. Avoid bad fats, salt and sugar. Get back here with reports after 15 days.

Hi. Hormonal imbalance can cause delayed menses. I suggest you wait for a week. If still no period then let me know so we can start you on medicines to resume your period.

Hi i-pill is meant for emergency contraception. It should not be used as a regular contraceptive method. Once a month- a big no no. It should be used only in emergency when the other method is likely to fail.

Hello, regesterone will not cure delayed periods. It only causes withdrawal bleed. It does not avoid pregnancy either. It wud be better if you see a gybaec to evaluate thw cause of delayed periods.

Graves' Disease - Things You Should Know About It

The body has multiple chemicals called hormones, which regulate many of its functions. Increased or decreased levels of these hormones affect various functions including metabolism, growth and sexual functions. Thyroxin produced by the thyroid (situated in the front of the neck) is one such hormone, which has a significant role to play in metabolism.

Graves’ disease is one of the main causes of hyperthyroidism, where there is excessive production of thyroid hormones. Graves’ disease is an autoimmune disorder, wherein the body reacts against its own tissues. It is very common in women than men, especially after 20 years of age. Family history also has a strong correlation in developing Graves’ disease. The high levels of thyroid hormone increase the rate of metabolism, thereby altering weight, mental energy levels, physical stamina, and also mood.

Thyroid hormone is related to metabolism and more amount of it lead to higher metabolism. This causes the following symptoms.

  1. Intolerance to heat
  2. Excessive sweating
  3. Nervousness and anxiety
  4. Inability sleep, as the mind is always excited
  5. Increased appetite (sometimes despite weight loss) due to higher metabolism
  6. Irregular menstrual cycles
  7. Palpitations (rapid, loud heartbeat)
  8. Irregular heartbeats (tachyarrhythmia)
  9. Fine tremors of the extended arms
  10. Breast enlargement in men, known as gynecomastia
  11. Extreme moodiness, causing irritability and anger
  12. Inability to focus and concentrate
  13. General fatigue and shortness of breath with any exertion
  14. Increased frequency of bowel movements

In addition, the eye symptoms are quite diagnostic including:

  1. Protrusion of the eyes (exophthalmos), giving an impression that they are going to fall out
  2. Double vision
  3. Excessive tearing
  4. Increased irritation in the eyes

Diagnosis: The first symptom would be the presence of an enlarged thyroid gland (front of the neck above the collarbone), and the some of the above symptoms would be present.
In addition, tests to check for thyroid gland functioning including T3 and T4 levels would reveal increased amounts of hormone in the blood stream.
As a confirmatory test, the radioactive iodine uptake test also is done, which will indicate increased uptake by the thyroid gland. This indicates that the gland is functioning at an increased pace and requires additional iodine for the production of thyroid hormones.

Treatment: There are two approaches to it, one to control the symptoms and the other to control the thyroid gland per se.

  1. Beta blockers are very useful in controlling rapid heart rate and anxiety.
  2. Prednisone may be used to control eye irritation and swelling
  3. Antithyroid drugs are used to control the production of thyroid
  4. Radioactive iodine is given orally to control excessive thyroid production
  5. In severe cases, thyroid gland may be surgically removed partially or completely

Graves’ disease is not life-threatening and once symptoms are controlled, the patient’s quality of life improves drastically. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a endocrinologist.

Hello, Your bleed was your menses and next menses shall be a month or a week later post that. Pregnancy is unlikely as you had withdrawal bleed and endometrium was shed.

• Women must keep their abdominal circumference lower than 80 cm and men 90 cm
• Keep your fasting sugar lower than 80 mg %.
• Keep your blood pressure lower than 80 mm Hg.
• Keep your heart rate lower than 80 per minute.
• Keep your bad LDL cholesterol lower than 80 mg %.
• Do not consume more than 80 grams of caloric solid or liquid food at once.
• Observe a carbohydrate fast 80 days a year.
• Do not consume alcohol and if you do, restrict it to not more than 80 ml in a day or 80 grams in a week.
• Consume at least 80 fruits and vegetables servings in a week.
• Do not consume more than 80 ml/gram of ghee, oil and butter in a week.
• Ensure to sit out in the sun for at least 80 days in a year to fulfill the body’s requirement of vitamin D
• Walk for 80 minutes in a day.
• Brisk walk for 80 minutes in a week.
• Keep noise pollution less than 80 dB.
