Your back pain is radiating in legs do back isometrics- keep a towel roll under your lower back & press it hold for 3 sec then relax, 10 times twice daily slr- lying straight lift your leg straight up, upto 30-45 degrees, hold for 3 sec then relax, 10 times each leg twice daily same exercise will also be done on lying on stomach, this is called prone slr spinal extension- lying on your stomach & hands on your side lift your chest upwards, hold for 3 sec then relax after exercising apply hot fomentation avoid long standing take care of your posture while sitting ensure that your lower back is well supported with cusion or thin pillow.

Once you start taking the medications to takrs about a month for levels to come to normal and maintain it with dose you mentioned you have pcod also borderline that also can delay the conception but don't worry take treatment and remain positive no body can say how much time you will take but don't worry if your follicles are maturing to good size you will conceive.

My mother was treated for bilateral pulmonary embolism and during post discharge regular intake of warfarin for 6 months suggested. She is diabetic and also bedridden due to minor compression fracture in backbone as well as two minor cracks on pelvic bone. Due to warfarin intake blood in urine observed followed by urine infection further requiring intensive care on hospitalization. Is there any proven substitute for warfarin either in ayurveda or else homeopathy?

Your mother has multiple problems. 1. Pulmonary embolism, for which she needs to take anticoagulants. There are substitute drugs available (if she is having problems with warfarin). These drugs are either in injectable form (low molecular weight heparin injections) or tablets (newer anticoagulants). The safety profile of these drugs is better than warfarin and the do not need strict monitering like warfarin does. 2. Backbone compression and pelvic bone cracks could be due to osteoporosis (weak bones, sply in females after menopause). Osteoporosis in itself needs treatment (calcium, vit D and specific drugs). So discuss with your doctor in detail about osteoporosis, and secondary prevention of thrombosis (blood clotting and embolism).

How to heal tooth cavities naturally?

It is believed that tooth decay once occurred cannot be reversed or healed. But the recent studies have proven this wrong. According to the researches cavity can be healed by improved diet. Tooth decay primarily occurs due to bathing the teeth with the foods containing carbohydrates frequently. Bacteria from mouth feed on these foods and produce acids which destroy tooth enamel over a period of time resulting in cavity.

To heal cavities naturally, we need to include the foods rich in minerals like calcium, fat soluble vitamins lack of which cause cavities.

Ways to heal cavities naturally

1. Avoid sugar and phytic acid (phytate)

Sugar is the food for bacteria. So it is better to avoid sugar in your diet. You can replace sugar with pure honey which is much healthier option.

Phytate is mineral blocker found in nuts, seeds, soy products and grains. It does not only inhibit absorption of minerals in your body but also leaches out minerals from the teeth and bones. You can alter the way you eat the phytate containing foods. Prefer sprouted seeds, fermented soy foods, salted bread etc which cut down the amount of phytate.

2. Minerals

Calcium strengthens teeth. Hence increase your calcium intake by consuming milk, cheese and yogurt. With calcium, include phosphorous and magnesium rich diet also to aid calcium functions.

3. Fat soluble vitamins

Lack of fat soluble vitamins also cause tooth decay. Take diet rich in fat soluble vitamins a, e, k and especially vitamin d. Cod liver oil is great source of vitamin a, d, e. Vitamin k can be acquired from spinach, broccoli, skate liver oil, bone marrow etc. In addition to sunshine, milk, eggs and salmon are also rich in vitamin d.

4. Raw dairy products

Raw dairy products are loaded with calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, fat soluble vitamins. We must include raw dairy products in our diet. Raw cheese, butter, milk are the examples of raw dairy foods.

You can also try coconut oil pulling and activated charcoal / dry neem powder to brush your teeth which can prevent cavity naturally.

Dear , I can understand your problem. Psychiatric problems are always treated with a combination of medicines, psychotherapy and counseling. You are taking medicines but not supplementing it with psychotherapy and counseling. In fact, psychotherapy and counseling will help you to quit the medicine and continue without medicines. Sir , I am suffering from skin diseases it is just a ring guard type problem but when I had gone for doctor they suggested me to only wear cotton clothes and even given me to many medicine to eat and also to put lotion on the affect body part , and ya when I used to have mango the etching n the ringles use to appear more then before. It has made me unable to do daily works if any possible solution is their pls suggest me sir Thank you.

Hcg level 61 is abnormal. So, repeat hcg every 48 hours until it rises to more than 1500 (when you should do tvs) or until it falls below 15 (when it means spontaneous resolution of pregnancy).

Hello. I am facing severe hairfall. I know upto 100 strands per day is normal. But I loose more than that (I have been counting). I started using onion juice Mask (it's been 3 weeks, will continue upto 3 months at least. Also consume cod liver oil (1 tablet) and flax seed (1 tea spoon) daily. No response so far. I use L'Oréal shampoo and m unable to search mild shampoo free of sls and stuff. Please suggest any mild shampoo (NAME/BRAND PLEASE) or any solution to this problem. I am in desperate need. Hair loss, now-a-days, is common among males and females of all age groups. We all lose some hair strands everyday, however, some people lose more than normal strands in a day that can cause severe hair loss. Hair loss is mostly genetic, so if hair loss runs in your family, you are most likely to suffer from hair loss too. Hair loss happens either in clumps, that is overall hair loss, or focussed on any one part of head - especially the crown. While genetics play a big role, some additional factors can aggravate hair loss - hormonal imbalance, Alopecia areata, stress, thyroid disease, anemia, protein deficiency, chemotherapy, and low vitamin levels may cause hair loss in you. Start by following a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. Your hair is made up mainly of proteins. Eat eggs, cottage cheese, chicken, soya, lentils, whole grains. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. Exercise daily to keep yourself healthy inside out. Once in a week apply a good hair mask. Dermatologist can give your head a fuller appearance with the help of hair transplants and scalp reductions, which is successful both in males and females. Hi You are very young to actually have persistent back pains. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

## you can apply curd and termeric (haldi) paste on foot. Leave it for 15 mins then wash foot with normal water and then apply moisturiser. Its best to use cocoa rich moisturiser. It also help in reducing tan. ## you can also use lemon. Rub lemon juice on feet. Leave it for 10mins then wash with water and apply moisturiser. ## always apply sunscreen on foot when going in sun. Use it half an hr before going out. Hope all these will help you.

Your brain is like a muscle. You need to exercise it regularly. The exciting thing is that you don’t have to be a millionaire to increase your brain capacity. All you need to do is invest a little time to regularly train your brain. So what can you do? Here are 10 simple ways you can increase your brain power and improve your intelligence! 1. Do something new When you experience something ‘new’ you actually ‘stimulate’ your brain! Don’t get stuck in a rut doing the same old things – the only way to change the structure of your brain is to do something new. This creates new neural pathways, increasing your intelligence. You could take a new route to work, try a new recipe for dinner, or even a new form of exercise – mix it up! 2. Exercise regularly It’s been proven that regular exercise helps to increase brain function and enhances neurogenesis. This means that every time you exercise you are creating new brain cells! Get off the couch and get moving! Your brain will thank you for it :) 3. Train your memory How often do you hear people say “I wish I had a better memory!’ Yet no-one does anything about this! If you discipline yourself to memorise phone numbers and other important numbers (passport, credit card, insurance, driving license) you will start to see a marked improvement in your memory 4. Be curious Instead of taking everything at face value, get into the habit of questioning everyday things/products, services that you come into contact with. Read a book Reading relieves tension & stress (brain-cell killers) because it’s a form of escapism. Research has also shown that using your imagination is a great way to train your brain because you force your mind to ‘picture’ what you are imagining. Reading is a great way to trigger your imagination! 8. Get enough sleep Sleep is like a mini detox for the brain. This is when your body regenerates cells and removes all the toxins that have built up during the day. Get to bed between the hours of 9pm and midnight to benefit from the most effective hours of sleep! 9. Ditch the GPS Gone are the days of map reading! Sat Nav may have made our lives easier, it has also made our brains lazier and less efficient at the same time! Go back to the old school and use a map to navigate every now and then (this exercises the part of your brain responsible for understanding spatial relationships). 10. Ban the calculator Remember back at school when we were taught to use our brains to do simple sums like times tables?! It’s incredible how we now rely on devices like smart-phones and laptops to calculate really simple equations. Resist the urge to work things out using an external device – and use the device you were born with – your brain!
