There is no side effect of extraction. Premolars are least imp tooth so they are removed to gain space so that your teeth can b moved back.

Only left side portion of the tooth are sensitive to cold. Rest are fine and already tried herbal toothpaste and others also.

There must b abrasion on your left side teeth they might require fillings. Meet a dentist so that it doesn't deepen.

It depends on what treatment you choose. If it's filling then arnd 5k and if it's veneers it may b around 20-25k.

You can take 1 painkiller as of now. And visit your dentist. You might need to get a xray done to decide the treatment.

Sensitivity can b due to abrasion. You can use desensitizing tooth paste for time being. And for permanent solution you need to get fillings done.
