Hello, you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. Ask for a night guard. You can do hot fomentation near your ear. You need to relax and calm down. You can take a hot water bath or listen to music before going to sleep.

you may be having headeche and fever due to viral infection or viral fever. do warm saline gargle regularly. have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin C thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection. go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises. and take lot of water by mouth. it will be alright.

dear varun to confirm causes of it you should be tests cbc,typhi-dot,mp ,urine r/m,lft,kft,thyroid profile, after these you can take proper treatment. drink warm water, juice,green veg. Soups,lquid diets, dalia, take protein diets, tulsi leaf in tea or warm water, geloy juice, avoid cold area,cold things .i.e. ice creams, fast/junk foods, chinese foods,spicy foods, fat meal, take bed rest , feel cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, avoid stress.avoid non-veg.,avoid alcohol intake if smokes avoid also that. Cold sponging if get high fever.

Avoid salty diet. Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul & sarpgandha vati 1-1 tab twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Walk for atleast 45 minutes in a day.

According to ayurveda. When pitta (hit property) of the body increase it creates all types of hair problem. For that. Eat more and more green leafy vegetables which is easy to digest as well as they contain vitamins, minerals etc which is good for hair. Don't eat fast food, junk food, heavy food which is heavy to digest. Drink more water 3 litres in a day. Manage the stress and anger. Get up early in the morning. Take enough sleep. Take regular 1 glass of cows milk two times in a day. Have a juice of carrots. Regular yoga / pranayam can sure help you. Avoid chemical base hair oil and shampoo. For more details consult me.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

Lack of sleep keeps your brain wanting for relaxation. Also a stressed or burned out brain needs much relaxation in form of sleep to get rejuvenated for new learning. I would suggest you to have a relaxing sleep of at least 8-9 hours a day. It would certainly help in your studies too.

Preventing Gum Disease

Gum diseases affect the soft tissue and the bones surrounding the teeth. The bacteria causes irritation in the gums leading to infection and bleeding, while brushing your teeth. It is characterized by inflammation of the gums caused by the bacteria present in plaque (a colorless and sticky film on the teeth). Also, if many people in the family have suffered from gum disorders, then your chances of getting gum diseases are relatively higher.

Symptoms of gum disease:

  1. Bleeding gums
  2. Continuous bad breath
  3. Change in the normal placement of teeth
  4. Over sensitive gums

How to prevent gum disease from happening?

  1. Regular dental checkups are also recommended to identify any gum problems early and also prevent them.
  2. Modifications in lifestyle such as limiting smoking, eating a diet rich in antioxidants and reducing stress can also help in preventing gum diseases.
  3. Gum diseases can be prevented by following proper dental hygiene. Brushing twice a day and flossing on a regular basis are the best methods of preventing gum diseases.
  4. Severe cases of gum diseases may require surgery but mild cases can disappear by following a proper dental hygiene.

1. take natrum mur 200,3 drops morning empty stomach, single dose. 2. take berberis aquafolium Q., 7-7 drops with water ,twice day. 3. wash your face with aloe vera herbal face wash twice a day, apply rose water on the face. 4.don't take oily , spicy junk food in excess. 5. Wash your face with plain water 4-5 times a day. Use this home remedy:- *Orange and curd mixture works well on dark damaged tanned skin. Orange has skin lightening properties and works well as a face mask. Curd works as the cleansing component on the skin and gives brightening glow to the skin. Mix dry orange peels with curd and make a fine paste. Gently apply this pack on your face and wash it with chilled rose water after 10-15 minutes. It makes your skin look fairer naturally.

Hello, The delay can be stress induced if pregnancy has already been ruled out. GET A URINE PREGNANCY TEST TO RULE OUT PREGNANCY AND IF NEGATIVE THEN WAIT FOR a week to allow menses to resume naturally.

MY WIFE HAS SUGAR PROBLEM. BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS AROUND 350 AND IT DOES NOT COME DOWN EVEN AFTER MEDICATION. IS TAKING INSULIN INJECTIONS ADVISEABLE. AS I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT ONCE YOU START TAKING INSULIN IT IS DIFFICULT TO STOP IT. AND IT PERMANENTLY DISABLES THE ORGAN. SHE IS 42 YEARS OLD.
