Hello sir I have a habit of rocking back and forth. And it is not related with anxiety or depression. I do it all day whether im happy or sad or depressed. Please tell how can I stop it. Many doctors just say take small steps to avoid this habit. But they do not understand that I can not. My body moves involuntarily. I have no control. Suppose I try to stop I become restless and after few seconds body moves itself. There is no doctor nearby I can consult for therapy or medicines. Please help. Reasons I want to stop: 1. I spend all day home doing this as it is soothing. But this had made me a person with social anxiety which make me depressed. I have read on internet about this. 2. I cannot study without it. So I can not go in a good college out of my hometown as I can not share room with anyone in hostel nd without hostel life is not enjoyable. Hope you understood. This ruined my career. Made me depressed. If I still get any help I will drop a year and go on in my life. Hoping for a great answer. Please.

Your beginning and end of question do not correlate at all. At the beginning you say your movements are not related to anxiety and depression. But towards the end you yourself commit that you are depressed due to your inability to constrol these movements and feel anxious in social surroundings. That has even kept you away from attending colleges and staying with people in hostel. Dear Nitin, I think that is good enough reason for you to understand that these movements have become an obsession and compulsion for you to get rid of restlessness that prevails if you don't do it. You definitely need a consultation. Visit a psychiatrist in your vicinity with complete details for treatmnet. In case you need assistance online you may contact me.

I am 18 year old male and have black spots all over my butt which inches when I sweat. The skin hardens there and withers off eventually and is replaced. What can be the cause and cure for it.

B.Sc. - Dietitics / Nutrition, Nutrition Certification,Registered Dietitian
Dietitian/Nutritionist, Delhi
That is dead skin. When we sit, your buttocks take all the pressure. The skin on that area naturally gets weary. Scrub the area with a good scrubber and loofah and apply olive oil daily.

I am a 34 year male. Since I was 23 old , I started developing gray hair and by now almost all my hair has grown grey and now my body hair is also started turning white (chest and pubic hair ). White hair since adulthood is in our hereditary and I am into a transferable job and getting posted to different states in usual 2 years time. Is there any remedy to it and something very serious to worry about ?

BHMS, DEMS
Homeopath, Pune
Hair turned grey merely due to less or no production of melanin. Each hair has a separate melanin supply in the body. Medical Conditions leading to gray hair-
1.Thyroid Disease: An underactive or overactive thyroid can affect the melanin production in the hair which can cause premature greying
2.B12 Deficiency: Deficiency of B12 has also been linked to premature greying of hair.
First we have to rule out any such condition ,for permanent cure you can go for constitutional homoeopathic treatment which will take your detailed symptoms into account. FOR COMPLETE CURE U CAN CLICK ON CONSULT OPTION . Grind sesame seeds and mix it in almond oil. Apply this on your scalp for few weeks as it will help in preventing your hair from turning white. According to experts, it can also help in reversing the process. Your hair will turn black if you use this solution. This combination works really well! Make sure to grind the sesame seeds properly. After applying this combination on your hair and scalp, you should leave it for about 20-30 minutes. Wash off with plain water. Say goodbye to white hair and say a big hello to a young you. If you use these home remedies, you will surely get great results. Try them and thank us later. Stress could be another cause for getting white hair and so, do not take much of stress and live a happy life. Take care of you and your hair! -

What treatment should we go for and from which hospital in lucknow? Which medicine to take to start and which to stop? Because I am worried she might get some side effects from the medicines she is taking. Hello, you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. For an ulcer you can apply baking soda over it, or do baking soda in water mouth rinses. This will give you relief from pain and heal the ulcer. If it still persists, you can consult a physician and get your Vitamin B levels checked. If required take supplements for it.
