Know How Ayurveda Can Help Prevent Various Diseases!

Ayurveda is an ancient Indian medicine system, which believes that an individual’s overall health and well-being is a mix of physical and emotional health, achieved through a balance between the three doshas, vaata, pitta, and kapha. An imbalance between these three doshas results in diseases. Different diseases have predominance of one of these doshas. So prevention and cure of disease should be aimed at restoring the balance between the three doshas. Ayurvedic approaches, therefore, are very comprehensive, not just aimed at curing the presenting symptom, but also in restoring balance of the mind, body, and the environment.

The treatment approach goes back to basics, taking into account natural ways of living, which helps in rejuvenation, detoxification, bio-purification, and improved immunity. This is achieved by a combination of healthy eating, yoga, meditation, herbal oils and mixtures, Panchakarma massages, etc.

  1. Ayurveda believes in eating healthy. The various meals in a day should not be based on cravings, but on what the body requires and can digest. While the morning meal should be heavy, the dinner should be light and at least a couple of hours before sleep.
  2. Eat intelligent by including a lot of seasonal stuff, nuts, spices, seeds, leafy greens, and fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid canned, processed, and packaged food. Also there are specific food items aimed at restoring balance of vaata, pitta, or kapha, as the case maybe.
  3. Maintain a regular sleep pattern, which allows the body to align with the circadian rhythm and clear itself of impurities.
  4. Using common spices like turmeric, ginger, garlic, cloves, etc. to restore balances is also popular in Ayurveda. Various herbs are used either as churnas, powders, or oils to cure different conditions. These help in restoring the balance between the three doshas and prevent further disease. Oils used in Panchakarma and other therapies are also useful in detox and bio-purification. The mixtures are known as Rasayanas and are highly beneficial in detoxification and improving immunity.
  5. Avoid habits like smoking and drinking and drug abuse. These cause excessive toxins and stress and impair overall health in multiple ways.
  6. Ayurveda also believes in yoga (Surya Namaskar, Pranayama, etc.) and meditation to calm the mind and manage stress, which can help avoid a lot of lifestyle diseases, be it heart disease, diabetes or insomnia.

Ayurveda, as mentioned above, does not address the presenting symptom alone, but looks at an individual holistically and treats the person as a whole. The result is slowing of ageing process, feeling of rejuvenation, longer life, improved quality of living, and slowing onset of diseases. do nothing. In market lot of scar removing ointments are there. but they are just waste of money. its body own mechanism and immune system which results in scar formation. if you want i can write some ointments for you.

Studies have shown that fish oil can relieve tender joints and ease morning stiffness. It has also allowed some people to reduce the amount of conventional medication they take for RA. Servings of fish provide about one gram of omega-3 fatty acids per 3½ ounces of fish. If you choose to try fish oil supplements, talk to your doctor about a dosage. People with RA can often take a higher level of fish oil than is recommended for the general public, but there can be side effects. Higher doses of fish oil may interact with certain drugs, including those for high blood pressure. Increasing your intake of fiber from fruits, vegetables and whole grains may also help reduce inflammation. Studies show that adding fiber to the diet results in lower levels of C-reactive protein (CRP) in the blood; CRP is an indicator of inflammation.

अशोक के पेड़ का वैज्ञानिक नाम सरका असोच है. जैसा कि नाम से ही स्पष्ट है, अशोक का पेड़ शिव को नष्ट करता है. अशोक वृक्ष भारतीय उपमहाद्वीप यानी नेपाल भारत और श्रीलंका में पाया जाता है. इस वृक्ष से हिंदू और बौद्ध धर्म की धार्मिक आस्था भी जुड़ी हुई है. अशोक के पेड़ के फायदे कि यदि बात की जाए तो यह स्त्री रोग, मूत्र रोग और रक्त बहने आदि में काफी लाभदायक है.

अशोक वृक्ष की छाल स्वभाव में रुखी, कसैली और ठंडी होती है. औषधि उपयोग के लिए अशोक के छाल, पत्तियों, फूलों और बीजों का प्रयोग किया जाता है. अशोक वृक्ष के छाल में उड़नशील तेल, सेपोनिन, कैटिकाल, टैनिन, आयरन, ग्लाइकोसाइड, कैल्शियम और कीटोस्टेरोल आदि यौगिकों की प्रचुरता होती है. आइए अशोक के पेड़ के फायदे को विस्तार पूर्वक समझने की कोशिश करते हैं.

1. हड्डियों के लिए
हड्डियों के लिए अशोक की छाल के चूर्ण काफी उपयोगी साबित होती है. यहां तक कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति की हड्डी टूट ही गई है. तो वह अशोक के छाल की 510 ग्राम मात्रा में चूर दिन में दो बार दूध के साथ ले तो टूटी हुई हड्डियां भी काफी हद तक जुड़ जाती हैं.
2. गर्भाशय के लिए
गर्भाशय से संबंधित तमाम विकारों को दूर करने के लिए अशोक का प्रयोग किया जाता है. अशोक वृक्ष में गर्भाशय की गर्भाशय की मांसपेशियों और एंडोमेट्रियम की के लिए टॉनिक की तरह काम करने की क्षमता होती है. अशोक वृक्ष की छाल का काढ़ा बनाकर प्रतिदिन पीने से पीरियड्स के दौरान अत्यधिक खून आने की समस्या से निपटा जा सकता है. इसके लिए आप चाहें तो छोटकी 8 कोमल पत्तों का रोज सुबह सेवन भी कर सकते हैं.
3. त्वचा के लिए
त्वचा में होने वाली कई तरह की परेशानियां रक्त की अशुद्धि के कारण भी होती हैं. कई बार त्वचा में एलर्जी और और जलन जैसी भी समस्याएं देखने को मिलती हैं. इन सभी समस्याओं से निपटने के लिए अशोक का के फूल और पत्तियों को पीसकर पेस्ट बने पेस्ट से प्रभावित क्षेत्रों पर लेप करें. ऐसा करने से आपकी समस्या का निदान तो होगा ही त्वचा के रंग में भी सुधार होता है.
4. पीरियड्स के दौरान
यदि पीरियड्स अनियमित रूप से आने लगा हो तो इसके उपचार के लिए भी आप इसके छाल का काढ़ा इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं. इसे पीने से पीरियड्स नियमित रूप से होता है.
5. गठिया में
अशोक वृक्ष आपको गठिया से भी राहत दिलाने का काम करता है. अशोक वृक्ष को सुरक्षित रूप से एनाल्जेसिक के रूप में भी इस्तेमाल किया जाता है. जोड़ों में होने वाले दर्द के लिए अशोक वृक्ष के छाल से बना पृष्ठ से बने पेस्ट का उपयोग करें.

6. खूनी पेचिश में
खूनी पेचिश एक बेहद गंभीर समस्या है. इससे निजात पाने के लिए आप तीन से चार ग्राम अशोक के फूल को पीसकर पानी के साथ इसे लें. ऐसा करने से खूनी पेचिश में काफी मदद मिलती है.
7. लिकोरिया से निजात पाने में
सफेद पानी आने की समस्या को लिकोरिया के नाम से जाना जाता है. इस विकार के उपचार के लिए भी एक चम्मच अशोक की छाल के चूर्ण का रोजाना सेवन किया जाए गाए के दूध के साथ तो इससे हम निपट सकते हैं.
8. बवासीर में
बवासीर खूनी बवासीर की समस्या से निजात पाने के लिए आप 5 ग्राम अशोक की छाल और 5 ग्राम अशोक के फूल को रात भर एक गिलास पानी में भीगने के लिए छोड़ दें सुबह इस पानी को छानकर पी लें ऐसा करने से आपको बवासीर खूनी बवासीर की समस्या में काफी हद तक राहत मिलेगी.
9. पेट में दर्द में
पेट दर्द की समस्या एक आम समस्या है. इस तरह की समस्याओं से निपटने के लिए अशोक की छाल को पानी में उबालकर इस का काढ़ा बनाकर दिन में दो बार पिएं इससे पेट दर्द से छुटकारा मिल जाएगा.
10. सूजन के उपचार में
कई लोगों को अंडकोष में सूजन की समस्या भी होती है. इस तरह की परेशानियों में भी अशोक वृक्ष का स्थान बहुत उपयोगी साबित होता है. यदि आप अशोक वृक्ष के छाल का काढ़ा प्रतिदिन दो बार पी हैं. तो इससे अंडकोष की सूजन में काफी कमी आती है.
11. पथरी के लिए
यदि किसी व्यक्ति को गुर्दे में यदि किसी व्यक्ति के गुर्दे में पथरी की समस्या है. तो वह व्यक्ति अशोक के बीज को पीसकर प्रतिदिन इसका 510 ग्राम मात्रा में सेवन करें ठंडे पानी के साथ सेवन करें तो उसे गुर्दे की पथरी की समस्या से निपटने में राहत मिलेगी.
12. ढीली योनि को टाइट करने में
योनि के ढीलेपन या टाइट होने से परेशान होती हैं. महिलाओं की इस परेशानी को दूर करने के लिए आपको अशोक की छाल, बबूल की छाल, गूलर की छाल, माजूफल की छाल और फिटकरी को बराबर मात्रा में पीसकर इसे सूती कपड़े से छान लें. इस पाउडर की सौ ग्राम मात्रा 1 लीटर पानी में उबालें जब पानी एक चौथाई बच जाए तो इसे ठंडा करके पिएं.
13. योनि से खून निकलने में
कई महिलाओं को योनि से असामान्य खून निकलने या पेशाब से संबंधित समस्या भी होती है. इस इस समस्या से निजात पाने के लिए भी अशोक की छाल का काढ़ा बनाकर पिया जा सकता है. इससे इन समस्याओं के निदान में मदद मिलती है.
14. श्वसन संबंधी समस्याओं में
सांस लेने की समस्या के कई कारण हो सकते हैं. इस समस्या को नी को दूर करने के लिए अशोक के बीजों का 65 मिलीग्राम चूर्ण पान के बीड़े में रखकर खाने से आपको सांस लेने की समस्या में काफी राहत मिलेगी.

अशोक के पेड़ के नुकसान

  • अशोक वृक्ष का प्रयोग हृदय रोग के मरीजों को करने से पहले किसी चिकित्सक का परामर्श अवश्य लेना चाहिए
  • एक बात और ध्यान रखना चाहिए कि अशोक वृक्ष का इस्तेमाल अमन ओरिया मासिक धर्म के ना होने को और बिगाड़ सकता है.
  • गर्भवती महिलाएं अशोक वृक्ष का इस्तेमाल करने से बचें

Hello as per your query permanent teeth are off white in colour making white coloured teeth a boon which are genetically inherited from the parents as such. Best way to clean teeth is to follow correct brushing technique twice daily along with flossing. In case you still require bright teeth then you can get bleaching done. But still the orignal colour of your teeth will return back after 9 to 12 months.

Avoid spicy food in your diet and Also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water

Chicken is lean protein so it is good for the body and does no harm. So you can include it any time you want. Alcohol is empty calories. And it is either made of malt or grains. They can give a spike to your blood sugar. Avoiding it completely is the best solution, but if you really feel like drinking then 1 peg with no added sugary drinks to it can be consumed. Do not snack fried food with it. Do mainly salads n nuts with it.

The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.
