I am 29 years old woman and got under eye dark circle. I take 7 hours sleep at night so lack of sleep shouldn' t be a reason for that, but darkness is very prominent. please help.

Stop worrying, consume seasonal fruits regularly. 1- arjun chal powder 3-5 gm mixed in honey and the paste is to be applied on dark circles daily at night, if possible in morning also. 2- take triphala churna 6-7 gm (one and half tea spoon) at bedtime in night with warm water. 3- sarivadyasava or sarivarishta 20ml with water twice in a day after food, continue all above for six weeks and report the improvement.

Hello, cool drinks/soda have carbonic acid and usually aggravate acidity/ulcer symptoms. Avoid taking them.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Hello, use this home remedy also to prevent hair loss:- *triphala is the boon for dead cells of the scalp; it works to recover all the problem related to damaged and graying of hair. Take a teaspoon of triphala powder with water before sleeping. You will get rid from white hair as well as hair fall. *onion is also an effective home treatment for hair loss and premature graying. The juice of onion helps in preventing premature graying, hair loss and baldness. Apply or massage the onion juice on you scalp to get rid from gray hair. You can use it every night before go to bed and leave overnight. It is also *drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. *take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, daily morning. It helps to hair growth.

Hi lybrate-user here are some changes to make to improve your eating habits: - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

Hairfall can be due to many reasons, like excessive pitta in the body or sinus problem or loss of asthi dhatu. So proper treatment is necessary according to symptoms. So please see some ayurveda physician near you personally. Till then you can try these home remedies. 1) start taking 1 amla everyday. 2) Apply paste of trifla, bhringraj & methi seeds on head before washing & wash after 1 hr. 3) Increase the qty of milk & ghee in your diet. 4) Have a good sleep. 5) Go for shirodhara, a panchakarma treatment for reduced stress & better hair growth 6) Reduce the amount of salt & spices in your daily diet 7) wash hair with trifla & neem kadha 8) Make a Hair pack mixing fine powders of triphalā 50 gm, nāgaramothā 10 gm, methī seeds 40 gm and mehendī or hīnā (Lowsonia inermis) powder 150 gm in water and apply from the root to the tips of the hair. This pack is kept for about 2 hrs and washed clean.

Local application of coconut oil or mustard oil or some soothing and calming lotion may provide relief in itching. Neem is one among the best blood purifier and detoxifier known to ayurveda. By Body growth you mean overall weight gain or increase in only muscle mass? Its not good to solely rely on supplements,you can get a diet planned suitable for your body type and if there is a need ,supplements can be added as per the advice.

You take high calorie n high protein diet. Don't skip breakfast. With breakfast you drink 1 glass of milk n 2 anjeer n 2 almonds. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals.

Ok his muscle endurance is gud then u. Do heat fermentation twice a day and quadriceps exercise in gradually process. After sm time both of you equal. X-ray must of knee to see there any problem.

Hello- oily skin is generally due to improper digestion and liver functioning, due to which excess undigested oil from the food gets excreted through the facial skin. Try these tips- 1) try not to eat foods heavy to digest, like non-veg, fast foods, rice etc. 2) don't apply cosmetics to your face as it can worsen the oilyness. 3) increase your water intake to flush out excess of oil in urine. 4) wake up before 6: 30 and exercise or go for running, it will enhance your bmr and help to digest unwanted fats. 5) use multani mitti face pack with water as it is very beneficial in cleansing oil from the skin pores. 6) practice pawan muktasana daily. 7) you can also use arogya wardhini vati 1 tab daily for quick results. >you will find a natural skin glow with the help of these tips and medicines.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Dont sleep immediately after taking meal.

Follow these methods & instructions to clear dark patches: • Drink 8 glass of water daily. • Apply piece of cucumber on your both eyes. That has bleaching property. • Apply almond oil or you can apply capsule of vitamin E mix it in mosturiser or cream you have daily around the eye in night and massage it lightly daily. • Take a piece of potato and make it's juice by crush it apply its juice for 15 min daily. • Apply rose water daily for 10 min daily. • Take 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric (haldi) with one teaspoon of besan mix it with water and make paste apply it around eyes for 10 minutes and make it dry remove it. • Eat green leafy vegetables daily and fruits daily. Drink a glass of milk daily. • Do not take stress do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 minutes.

How to Release Negative Emotions
Do you sometimes feel oppressed by negative emotions such as fear, anxiety, anger, shame, worthlessness, or depression? Are you open to discover a way to manage them ? and transcend them ? that requires no medication nor years of psychotherapy?

Ancient wisdom traditions of the East ? such as Buddhism, Hinduism, Taoism ? have put a lot of study into the human body and mind, for thousands of years, with the goal of transcending human suffering. With centuries of devoted experiments, revelations, and insight, they discovered that all these negative emotions are not natural to our true being ? they belong to the realm of the ego, our mistaken identity.

Following a certain set of contemplative practices and some lifestyle tweaks, these masters discovered their true being, and saw that in this place the negative emotions do not live.
Out of their compassion and sense of oneness with all beings, they then spent their life teaching us how to find this space of freedom, of peace, of bliss. The insights and techniques that I share in this article come from the Buddhist traditions.

Seeing Clearly
I like to call this the L-I-E-R method (label, introspect, examine, release), because it deals directly with the negative feeling and the lie it carries. It?s not a pretty word but does the job as a mnemonic device.

Label. Recognize that fear has arisen, and label it in your mind. The words you use are important. Don?t say ?I?m afraid? or ?I have fear?; instead say ?fear has arisen?, or ?fear is here?. Do you see how just changing the words already creates a different perspective and more space?
Introspect. Take one to three deep breaths, and bring your attention inside yourself ? this means don?t pay attention to the object, person or circumstance that triggered the emotion, but rather attend to the emotion itself. Accept that the feeling is there.
Examine. Study the feeling deeply: its causes, effects, and nature. Here are some questions to guide your contemplation:
Causes: what exactly triggered this feeling in this moment? There is no need to go to the remote causes of it in your childhood or whatever. For now just stay with what?s happening right here. Once you find the core assumptions or mindsets that are at the root of the feeling, challenge them: is this the only way to see this situation? Is this an empowering way of looking at things?

Effects: how does it feel in my body? Where does the feeling reside in my body? What memories and thoughts swim around this feeling in my mind? What are my thoughts and feelings about this feeling?

Nature: Look inside and ask yourself ?what is this feeling?? Don?t use words to explain, just keep the question alive. Does this feeling have a substance, a color, a size? What is it made of? What?s the vibration of it? Contemplate how this feeling is impermanent. It was not here a few minutes ago ? where did it come from? It will not be here after a few minutes ? where will it disappear into?

Spend as much time as you need in step three. Learn as much as possible about the negative feeling. We are slaves of what we don?t understand. See if this emotion is the real problem, or if it is something else underneath it.

Release. Let it be whatever it is ? but don?t create stories and interpretations around it. And let it go. I can?t tell you how to let go, but intuitively every human being knows how.
The outcome of this process is fourfold: clarity (about what the emotion is); composure (to be with the feeling without being overwhelmed); self-knowledge (understanding the nature of the emotion, the triggers, and the effects in your body); liberation (a sense of separation between the emotion and yourself).

For step number three, you may encounter certain concepts or assumptions that are at the root of the negative feeling. Or perhaps certain subconscious ?decisions? of looking at things a certain way. In this example (fear of rejection), it may be self-judgement about your feeling of worth, or perhaps an attachment to an idea that you need the approval of certain person to ?confirm? that you are worthy of love and value. It may be useful, here, to spend some more time and thoroughly challenge these assumptions and choices.

In some cases, also, the emotion is indeed pointing out to something that needs some attention in your life; then you may need to take some external action, to change something. The ?external fixing? does not prevent this internal process, nor does going through this process requires any external passivity.

After going through this you may find that the negative emotion has already disappeared, lost power, or transformed into something else.

For removal of all this complaint natural mask are better than artificial products available in the market. You can apply mask from fruit pulps like papita, watermelon or vegetables like boiled potato or tomato or cucumber can applied daily on face. For removal of dead skin and thus dark spots you can use scrub made from coarse wheat flour and honey and lemon and turmeric powder and milk mixed together and apply remove after 10 mins by massaging with hands and then wash with water. Repeat twice a week.
