Need further information for suggesting better options. As of now for regulation of your periods, best is to take oral pills used for contraception for regulation of your periods, fulfuling the hormonal needs of the body and gives withdrawal bleeding after 25 - 27 days. Repeat the cycles for 3 months and allow the uterus to go into natural cycles so wait for some time and see. Basing onthe out come further advise is given. Good luck.

Till then try to rinse with warm salt water, avoid hard, hot food, and improve your oral health.

4 winning ways to strengthen lower abdominal muscles and prevent back pain

Abdominal muscles play a very important role in supporting our spine from front. There is a muscle called transverse abdominal muscle which is different from the six pack muscles. This lower abdominal muscle can be strengthened in simple ways.

1. Active sitting
When watching tv or waiting for appointments, at bus stops, train station etc do these simple exercises. Sit up straight. Now draw your belly button in towards your chest but do not hold your breath. Count till five and relax. Repeat this 10 to 15 times.

2. Static abdominal exercise
When laying down flat draw your tummy muscles in and feel the arch in your back flatten. Do not hold breath. Just count till five and relax. Repeat 10-15 times.

3. Cycle in air
When laying down flat (on bed or yoga mat) lift both your legs up in air (your legs should be at 90 degrees. Now try to cycle in air for 10 rounds. Relax and repeat 5 times.

4. Cat and camel pose
Get on your hands and knees. Draw in your tummy muscles and hunch your back without holding your breath. (camel pose) hold five seconds.
Relax and get a curve in low back (cat pose). Wait for five seconds. Repeat this cat and camel pose 10-15 times.

Please check with your doctor if you can try these exercises safely.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

To lighten the appearance of stretch marks – 1.Scrub the area lightly once a day. You can use some natural ingredients like gramflour, turmeric mixed with some milk to scrub the area. 2.Apply Vitamin E oil or warm olive oil on the area. 3.Apply Aloe Vera gel once a day on the area 4.Cocoa butter mixed with wheat germ oil is also very good at maintaining the skin health and reduce appearance of the skin. 5.You can also apply creams like Elastoderm stretch mark cream to reduce the appearance of stretch marks. First thing that should be done in this problem is to improve sleep hygiene. - Fix your time to go to sleep. - Avoid alcohol, tea, coffee in evening - Light exercise will also help in getting good sleep - Use your bed for sleeping only and don't watch TV, read books on bed - Avoid day time naps - If you fail to sleep within 10 minutes of going to bed, get up and start to distract yourself. - Bath with warm water in evening will help. Try to improve sleep hygiene and if condition don't improve consult a psychiatrist or sleep specialist. Medicines like Benzodiazepines like Clonazepam, Alprazolam etc help in getting good sleep. Z-drugs like zolpidem or zopiclone also help in getting good sleep. These drugs have abuse potential so should be taken for short time only and under proper prescription. Hi, sore throat is usually accompanied by pain. Here are a few steps that you may follow in general to cure and prevent getting sore throat. Try avoiding constipation at all costs. (a) healthy & balanced diet with focus on fresh fruits/ leafy greens. Avoid yellow banana. (b) consume flesh foods in moderation. (c) take plenty of water daily and stay hydrated. (d) regularize life style, reduce stress/ strain and stay relaxed. (e) protect yourself from intense heat/ cold air. (f) do not take extremely hot/ cold/ spicy/ sour drinks as well as foods. (g) warm saline gargling 2 - 3 times daily. (h) gargle made of tulsi, cinnamon, turmeric or fenugreek seeds and honey are also beneficial. (i) avoid overcrowded places. (j) take a glass of warm filtered water to which a pinch of turmeric and a tsp of fresh honey is added properly, twice daily after food. Hope this helps.

Indeed you must be going through a lot of pain now. Your gf has moved on. Yes it's going to hurt for sometime, you don't have to think about forgetting her, you just have to accept that she has left and is no longer an option for you. You must be feeling angry at her for going away but it appears more as sadness in the moment. Begin with removing any object, gift or pic of her etc that reminds you of her from your possession. You can also avoid going to cafes or eateries or parks etc that both of you would have frequent, for sometime. It's important to remind yourself that your exams and career is what will be useful for your future. So collect yourself and prepare for your exams because the loss of time will hurt you more than loss of your gf after few years. Wish you all the best for your exams!
