I am a 47 years female with hypothyroidism (Since 10 years), diabetes (since 3 years) and hypertension. hypothyroidism is due to hashimoto where antibodies are present and presently taking Selenium supplement to reduce antibodies. Taking Eltroxin 125 mcg daily as thyroid replacement. My Diabetes is as such well controlled, my last HbA1c was 6.3% which has increased from 6.1% and I found that my PPBS stays higher especially after breakfast. It goes beyond 200 mg/dl. Sometimes even around 290! I have discovered that same thing if I eat in lunch, PPBS is less around 140-150 or sometimes even less than 120 mg/dl. PPBS after dinner is between the two ranges. I.e. Around 160-180. My main question is whether it is advisable to eliminate wheat and rice completely from the diet to reduce PPBS levels? It is difficult to do that since it is our staple diet and is contained in all items. I am taking Metformin 1 g morning and evening and skip taking Metformin when I avoid dinner. I am also taking Diabecon DS tablet which is shown to reduce FBS and PPBS levels considerably because I confirmed it by stopping it for about 10 days, though I was taking Metformin, my FBS and PPBS levels shoots up like anything. Once I started taking Diabecon DS again, both FBS and PPBS levels reduced considerably. My last fasting insulin was 9.93 and fasting glucose 100 mg/dl gave 1.33 as Insulin resistance and 90% Beta cell function by Homa 2 calculator as found on internet which is widely used to measure IR. Now, people who advocate Low Carbohydrate High Fat diet on diabetes forum, says residual circulating insulin should be reduced for which you need to lower your carbohydrate intake. I was told that fasting insulin should be <5 and if Blood sugar control is difficult with this value, it can be <7 but not more than that as more insulin causes more fat storage and ultimately pancreas are whipped to secrete insulin by some drugs. I was taking Glycomet GP-1 forte once in the morning but was getting hypoglycemia since 6 months due to glimepiride in it which was increasing insulin levels, so stopped taking it and now not getting any hype episodes. It is known from various research sites on internet that Gymnema extract (Meshashringi, Gurmar) is very effective in reducing FBS and PPBS levels, but increase insulin levels. So, is it advisable to take Gymnema extract (Ayurvedic medicine) which helps a lot in reducing FBS and PPBS levels? I am taking Arkamin for hypertension once in the morning. So, my question is, is it necessary to reduce carbohydrate intake to 20% which comes to around 100g of carbs each day? People say, since we diabetics cannot process carbs efficiently, we need to reduce it's consumption to around 100g or less for good diabetic control. What should be ideal PPBS level after meals? And What should be fasting insulin level?

U be on simple metformin 1gm twice daily start exercise for half an hour which your not doing just changing tab and using as you like upon your logical decision is wrong only exercise and weight loss can help you :)

Try to find out what is causing the ulcers. Is this happening again and again? is this related to your monthly periods? are you always biting your cheek or lip? did you bite your tongue accidently? do you have sharp, pointed teeth near the ulcers? are you under some stress? for relief of pain, just apply plain glycerin liquid three times a day and let it remain n contact with the ulcer by closing your mouth, not swallowing for at least 30 seconds after applying it.

Your brain is like a muscle. You need to exercise it regularly. The exciting thing is that you don’t have to be a millionaire to increase your brain capacity. Do something new When you experience something ‘new’ you actually ‘stimulate’ your brain! Don’t get stuck in a rut doing the same old things – the only way to change the structure of your brain is to do something new. This creates new neural pathways, increasing your intelligence. If you're not intrinsically interested in what you're learning or trying to remember, you must find a way to become so. 2. Find a way to leverage your visual memory. You'll be surprised by how much more this will enable you to remember. For example, imagine you're at a party and are introduced to five people in quick succession. How can you quickly memorize their names? Pick out a single defining visual characteristic of each person and connect it to a visual representation of their name, preferably through an action of some kind. Remember: Memory is predominantly visual. 3. Create a mental memory tree. If you're trying to memorize a large number of facts, find a way to relate them in your mind visually with a memory tree. Construct big branches first, then leaves. Branches and leaves should carry labels that are personally meaningful to you in some way, and the organization of the facts ("leaves") should be logical.. 4. Associate what you're trying to learn with what you already know. It seems the more mental connections we have to a piece of information, the more successful we'll be in remembering it. This is why using mnemonics. Write out the items to be memorized over and over and over. 5. When reading for retention, summarize each paragraph in the margin. This requires you to think about what you're reading, recycle it, and teach it to yourself again. Even take the concepts you're learning and reason forward with them; apply them to imagined novel situations, which creates more neural connections to reinforce the memory. 6. Do most of your studying in the afternoon. Though you may identify yourself as a "morning person" or "evening person" at least one Study. suggests your ability to memorize isn't influenced as much by what time of day you perceive yourself to be most alert but by the time of day you actually study—afternoon appearing to be the best. 7. Get adequate sleep to consolidate and retain memories. Not just at night after you've studied but the day, you study as well. Far better to do this than to stay up cramming all night for an exam.

Sex is interesting and wonderful, when done with the right person and at right age; but until then, it is necessary to keep our desires in check. In order to control your urge for sex, these are some of the things you can do: 1. ACCEPT THAT IT IS PRETTY NORMAL TO HAVE SEXUAL URGES To control your sexual urges, you must first accept that there is nothing wrong in wanting sex or thinking about it. It is a pretty normal phase everyone goes through, unlike what we have been made to believe by some societal factors like religion that sex is evil and having sexual urges is a complete taboo. You have to know and accept that your sexual desires are just one of those basic physical needs that seeks to be fulfilled one way or the other and that we are wired to think about sex. Once you have accepted this fact and you strongly wish to put it in check, you can control it. 2. KNOW WHAT TRIGGERS THOSE FEELINGS In order to control your sexual desires, you must know what it is that actually sets it off. For someone who is sexually starved, it is easier to be drawn by sexual signs, making it tough to control your urges but once you have identified those things that these feelings, you mind will be alert enough to steer clear of them. Avoid reading books with x-rated contents or watch pornographic movies or any form of object that can stimulate your sexual urges. 3. TRANSLATE YOUR SEXUAL URGES INTO CREATIVE OUTPUTS To curb your sexual desires, you have to do more to think less. Channel all those feelings into something that will keep your mind off sex and then, get busy. You can read books, go out with friends, watch movies, learn new things etc. Transfer your urges into something you have always wanted to do. At the end of the day, you would have successfully managed not to think about sex and you will also be satisfied at the things you did. If one of those hobbies trigger a sexual response in you and you are feeling aroused, do not masturbate. Think of non-sexual images or take a long walk. 4. TRANSFER YOUR ENERGY INTO EXERCISE Engage your body in exercise that will keep you busy and keep you from feeling frustrated from not having sex. You can jog in the morning, swim or hit the gym. You can also try yoga and other exercise that will help stimulate both mind and body. 5. STAY AWAY FROM DRUGS AND ALCOHOL Only few can drink heavily or do drugs without losing control of themselves. Stay away from alcohol and drugs if they will cause you to do something you will regret when you are sober. If you must drink, drink with friends you can trust and you know will watch over you. 6. PURSUE NON-SEXUAL RELATIONSHIPS In order to control your sexual urge, you should enter into a relationship with no sex. If you wonder what you both will do without the sex, there are countless things couples can do to bond like going on a field trip together, taking up a joint hobby, learning new things together. Far from what most people think, you can have a very satisfying relationship without sex. 7. TALK TO SOMEONE If you feel like you can’t control it all by yourself, you can talk to your doctor, pastor, parents, close relative or friends. Sometimes, having someone to talk to about how you feel helps better than trying to curb it all by yourself. Who knows, the person you want to meet may have had difficulty curbing his own desires too. What then is better than learning from someone’s experience. Don’t be shy or scared of being judged. 8. GET SPIRITUAL HELP Get spiritual help that engages your mind in spiritual activities that are far from sex. Being around people pursuing the same goal as you, especially in chastity can also be a strong supportive measure. That way you have someone holding your hands all the way. Trying doing BRAMARI PRANAYAM for 10-15 minutes in morning for Mind control. 9. Actually your Mind and Urge for sex are acting in opposite direction. I am 63 years old, I am diabetic since 8 years. I have slight problem in passing urine. I feel that certain quantity still remain uncleared. Only after some time and passing of very few drops I feel it is cleared. I have done scanning too, but everything is normal. There is no obstruction or pain while passing urine as such. It could be due to fungal infection. Take one tablet of levo cetrizine at bed time for 2-3 days. If no relief, get your urine examined and consult Gynecologist for advice and treatment.

I will suggest you to first wash the beard area with soap and water and than apply the cream and than shave it with gillete sensor excel and you should not have itching after doing it and if it persists than we have to rule out eczema, fungal infection etc.
