facial hairs iss a hormonal imbalance problem and cannot be treated with any home remedie but three i a specific although very slow treatment in homoeopathy but very effective.Being a homoeopath I will advise you to gofor it but or that I will be needing your Mentrual history and the hitory of onet of your facial hairs.

Hello, firstly try to reduce your weight by a diet plan and exercise. You can try yoga/any other for of exercise. Try cutting out carbohydrates and saturated fat ie reduce the amount of rice consumption by adding wheat. Eat less amount of red meat if you are a non veg. Fish is very healthy. Steamed, baked items are healthy. If hungry in between take a bowl of salad or fruits. Cut down on sweets. Get your cbp and thyroid profile done, so also your lipid profile. Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

I have heard many of them saying that going to gym for a month or two or more and then stopping it increases your weight and also distorts the figure you made while you were in the gym. And also that as you age you get problems in years knee bones due to gyming.(this is question for the gym without any diets or control of eating) I want to know that are this two things true?

Hi lybrate user, 1. Gym has different equipments and each of them helps to tone up body in certain ways. 2. It is a complete myth that gym can spoil your body. Such myths are spread by people who have less knowledge about fitness. 3. All sportsmen, cricketers, athletes, cinestars. Everyone uses gyms. 4. You don't have to lift very heavy weights in gyms. You can lift light dumbbells which provide strength to joints and give good shape to arms. 5. At least 50% of gym time should be spent on cardio equipment like treadmill and cycling etc which burns max fat. 6. Any form of exercise keeps joints, muscles and bones strong. It keeps you healthy fit and young. 7. So no need to be scared of gym. Gym does not mean only weightlifting. Gym is a good option for staying fit and healthy.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Eat more of healthy fats and start taking protinex in full cream milk twice a day. Increase protein intake also and start working out to gain muscle mass. For your weakness, start taking a protein bar on daily basis. Any kind of physical activity will also make you feel more energetic.

Hello. This may be a indigestion & severe acidity. Take Hingawashtak powder 500 mg 3 times with desi ghee. You will feel better. & not to be so in future follow this Avoid coldrinks do not eat fast food. Keep eating times rehgular. Do not eat late night. Do not eat too much spicy. Do not eat rice items in night. Do regular exercises. Early morning 30 mins walk is most important. Revert back if more guidance & medicines if needed.

Use berberis aquifolium q sbl 20 drops in water x 1 month also apply berberis aq cream which is available in your city any company do exercise no night watching no outside food repeated (3 to 4 times) face wash with ayurvedic soap or face wash plenty fruits and vegetables.

keep your face dry, wash 4-5 time a day, apply retino-a cream at night and wash your face before sun rise as sun rays can darken your face. Welcome A quick and easy solution can be found in your kitchen or your nearest grocery store — lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 1. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 2. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above.
