I am eating more but am not getting fitness to my body how? To get fitness what food should be taken.

The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * worms in intestine * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Loose your extra weight. Moongdal sprouts are good for diabetes and obesity and thyroid. Take lukewarm water with half spoon methidana powder in the morning. You can take coconut water. Except fruit juice you should eat complete fruit because it contain fibers which is good for a diabetics. Chapattis of bran flour (unrefined) is given to diabetes patients and to increase nutrition value add gram flour. In breakfast -vegetable daliya, poha, upma, oats, cornflacks you can take it. And one cup skim milk without sugar.

Burn Calories Faster by Climbing Stairs

The last few decades have seen obesity has grown as the new social evil.  One of the major culprits is the reduced physical activity and sedentary lifestyle that has become the norm. It is therefore not surprising that weight loss is on everybody's personal goals.  In a lot of cases, ironically, the methods and techniques have involved turning the clock back, what was being done a couple of decades ago. Let us look at using stairs for example. From an engineering point of view, elevators and escalators were a major focus area in the 1900s and 2000s.  However, now, stair designs that are easy on the body are the highlight.

Let us look at some facts related to weight loss and climbing stairs. These should provide you sufficiently good reasons to start using the stairs next time when you have a choice.

  • Fact 1:  Climbing stairs help burn more calories per minute than jogging.  It is declared as a 'vigorous exercise'. 
  • Fact 2: Climbing a step helps you burn about 0.2 calories and going down burns 0.05, so to burn 1 calorie, all you need to do is go up 5 steps or go down 20 steps.
  • Fact 3: However, though the number of calories burned is less by going downstairs, the muscles and joints used for getting down stairs are different. Using stairs to go up and down should be regularly practiced.
  • Fact 4:  Climbing stairs require about 9 times more energy than sitting and about 7 times more energy than required to take the lift.  
  • Fact 5: For going up or down 3 to 4 flights of stairs, taking the stairs helps save about 15 minutes of valuable time (most of it waiting for the lift to arrive).
  • Fact 6: Regular use of stairs safeguards you against heart disease, diabetes, muscle weakness and stroke.
  • Fact 7: Endorphins are released when you climb stairs, which also induce a feeling of well-being.
  • Fact 8: Overweight people burn more calories by climbing stairs.
  • Fact 9: Taking one step at a time in more beneficial than taking two at a time. Calories are burned gradually, but more efficiently.
  • Fact 10: Climbing stairs is eco-friendly as well, as it reduces carbon emissions. Just another reason why you should avoid the lift!

Dear, I think you bladder outflow obstruction and to find that out get urine examination and sonography reports done and then post them here. In sonography also check full bladder volume, bladder wall thickness on full baldder and post-void residual urine. After that you may need uroflowmetry. Dr. Kiran mehta.

In such a short span. Increasing 20 kgs is difficult. Yoh can gain upto 10-12 kgs with proper diet lifestyle and ayurveda medicines.

1. Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2. Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Massage scalp with this oil. 3. It needs to be investigated. Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250 mg od & sos x 5 days. Caldikind plus 1 tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5 days, inform.

Hi, this is regarding my retired dad who in his late 60's started doubting my working mom. After fights raised up he is normal now but he is not agreeing that his doubt was wrong. I am worried that may be again he may raise up with his doubting. Do I need to take him to a psychologist which he would never agree or is there any other medicine to let go off his imaginations? please help.

I think that his not being occupied is probably bothering him. He may also feel insecure that he is not working whereas his wife is. And anyway a little suspicion is good because of their age: mom should feel elevated that he still has possessive feelings for her! no, there is no need to take him to anybody after he has become normal. I doubt it will rise up again but you need to do something for him. Keep him occupied but not busy all through the day. When mom comes back from work have her give him a lot of attention and love: even a little fussing will do no harm. Give him the importance in all matters of life in the home and around the family. Mom in particular must show him a lot of regard, and play down the fact that he is not earning and she is. Let him still feel that he is the decision maker and is in charge: essentially pander to his ego but do not overdo it. As long as he feels important he will be okay.

I have black spots. I had pimples on my face at the age of 17+. With time pimples got decrease but spots remain same. And my skin is so dry. If I put cold cream then it become black and if I put any fairness cream then it become dry. And when I shave then little pimples appears on my face. And wrinkles appears on my face. My beard is also hard. So my age also look more than actual my real age. My age is 23 but due to acne and dryness in my on my face, my age look 25-26. At your age there is possibility of third molars (wisdom teeth) erupting. Sometimes due to lack of space, these erupting teeth cause pressure leading to pain. If there is no enough space for these teeth, it will cause food lodgement and infection in gums (pericoronitis). You may need to get x ray done to check for the space available for this tooth, 1. If there is space, you can go for conservative treatment like cleaning and medications 2. If there is no space, you need surgical removal of this tooth.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.
