Hye. Thank you for your query. There are many ways to lose a lot of weight fast. However, most of them will make you hungry and unsatisfied. If you don’t have iron willpower, then hunger will cause you to give up on these plans quickly plus all you lose is unhealthy muscle mass and the fats are still around. Eating sensibly and as per your body's nutrient needs will reduce your appetite significantly, Make you lose weight healthily without hunger and improve your metabolic health at the same time. Here are some tips to help you lose weight. Eat a high-protein breakfast. Eating a high-protein breakfast has been shown to reduce cravings and calorie intake throughout the day. Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. These are the most fattening things you can put into your body, and avoiding them can help you lose weight. Drink water a half hour before meals. Drinking water a half hour before meals increased weight loss by suppressing appetite and avoiding overeating. Choose seasonal foods. Eat smaller but more frequent meals. Eat soluble fiber. Eat fruits and vegetables. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods. Base most of your diet on whole foods. They are healthier, more filling and much less likely to cause overeating. Eat your food slowly. Fast eaters gain more weight over time. Eating slowly makes you feel more full and boosts weight-reducing hormones. Use smaller plates. Studies show that people automatically eat less when they use smaller plates. Get a good night’s sleep, every night. Poor sleep is one of the strongest risk factors for weight gain, so taking care of your sleep is important. It is best to do some sort of resistance training. If that is not an option, cardio workouts work too. Workout at least 4 times a week to see good fat loss.

Dear lybrateuser, -it is a fact that stress plays a vital role in bp & heart problems & a type a personality is at a higher risk of developing it -to avoid the same in future we have to take precaution in respect of our diet, exercise & stress management -avoid fried, processed, junk food, restrict salt, sugar, pickles, papad -do regular exercise like walking, jogging, cycling for 20-30 min per day, also do yoga, meditation, deep breathing for 5-10 min a day -read, listen to music, follow a hobby to reduce stress.

How to Boost Energy Levels Fatigue and low energy levels are two of the most common problems faced by people of all ages. Low energy levels can make it difficult to be productive at work or to engage in everyday activities. There are steps you can take to increase your energy levels. Eating the right types of food, exercising properly, getting enough rest, and controlling your stressors can help give you more energy to enjoy your day and get back to doing the things you love. 1. Give your body more protein. Good sources of heart-healthy protein include salmon, eggs, and legumes like beans, lentils, and tofu. 2. Choose slow-burning starches. Choose whole grain, complex carbohydrates rather than simple carbs, which can cause an energy crash shortly after eating. Choose complex carbohydrates include vegetables, legumes, and whole grains like bran and germ. Choose breads and pastas made from whole grain whenever possible. 3. Select good sources of fats. Some heart-healthy sources of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats include seafood, nuts, seeds, olives, avocados, olive oil, canola oil, peanut oil, sesame oil, soybean oil, grape seed oil, and flaxseed oil. Nuts that provide healthy fatty acids include macadamias, hazelnuts, pecans, almonds, cashews, peanuts, walnuts, and Brazil nuts. 4. Eat more raw fruits and vegetables. Eat at least five servings of vegetables each day and two to four servings of fresh fruit. 5. Drink plenty of water. Drinking nine to twelve glasses of water each day to stay properly hydrated is advisable. Avoid sugary sodas and beverages. Avoid drinking too much tea or coffee. 6. Avoid sugar through pastries and chocolate.  7. Get more exercise. Physical activity is a known energy booster. 8. Get enough rest. If you're constantly feeling low on energy, you may not be getting enough sleep, or you may be getting poor quality sleep. 9. Reduce your stress levels. Stress has been recognized as a trigger for worsening symptoms associated with chronic fatigue syndrome, as well as general problems with sleeping and getting adequate rest. Consider taking added steps to address your stress and help you to relax such as participating in classes for meditation, mindfulness, or yoga. 10. Use natural remedies mentioned above rather than depending on medications or supplements.

Our Daily energy requirements for proper functioning of our body is 1600-2200 K cal of Energy if we want to remain fit and healthy.But there is a misconception that weight is reduced by dieting.But weight is not reduced by only skipping our meals or prohibition from sugars but until we are not aware what are our body energy requirements ,it will be difficult to loose weight.If we restrict ourself from taking daily diet to 1100-1200 Kcalories ,and increases our workouts,only then we can think about reducing our weight and for that we must obtain proper knowledge of exact energy levels in a particular dish we are eating,only then we can achieve our target of reducing weight by means of simple mathematical calculation. Hello Start your day with the morning walk for 1 hour. Drink plenty of water whole day. Eat a well balanced nutritious diet. Take Sound sleep of 7-8 hours. Avoid stress and anger, try to be happy, have a positive attitude towards life. Revert me after 15 days.

Take same medicine ashwagandha churna, shatavar churna 1 tea spoon full twice a day with cow milk for 3 month. Avoid stress and take high protein diet milk and fruit and juice. Do proper exercise.

For last one year, I have lost interest in work, just manage to do the routine work, and not feeling like any new challenges or tasks. I even avoid the assignments which I did brilliantly in the past such as designing capacity building strategies for NGOs or other organizations. I was very committed to the students and always was available for them, but have become dry in my relationship with them Also trying to avoid socializing and find excuses to avoid attending social events. Hello, If there is confirmed diabetes, then one has to take either oral drugs (antidiabetics) or Insulin injection or both depending upon the severity of the condition. Plus strict diet control, exercise and weight maintenance are essential. Unfortunately there are no really effective medicines in Ayurveda or homeopathy even though a lot of false claims are made. My pimples never leave me alone. All along there. I am irritated now, parents told they will be there until you will be 20. But now I am 26+ still not leaving me alone. Please suggest me what should I do.Really irritated me. Due to this skin became blackish too. Now I use any fairness cream, pimples in numbers come side by side. I started using powder form of skin brightness but still all in vain. Some told me to cover your face with multani mitti. Used it too but nothing changes. No sign of improvement was there. First of all try to be confident in yourself. By frustration your hormone levels will fluctuate & you will not be cured at all. Gently clean face with dettol skin care soap 2 times a day. Avoid lotions powders so far as possible. Avoid direct sunlight. Take tab. Terbinaforce (250mg) daily for 1 week. Take plenty water & other liquids with citrus containing fruits.
