Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Hi , you r most probably having urinary tract infection, you first do your urine examination and after report we can decide if you required any medication or not. Also local hygiene is very important during menses. You can use intiwash shampoo for local hygiene.

My wife has sprained her left ankle. She is advised to wear ankle cap, some medicines. Her wt. Is82kgs. She is a working teacher.

She has to do active ankle movements (pedaling like a tailor, keep the foot up on a chair or stool whenever possible to reduce swelling and icing whenever there is a pain (approx. 10 min for every 2hrs). Hope she would get alright. Regards Dr. Dinesh.

You maybe suffering from acute gasteroenteritis. It could be caused by food poisoning or viral or bacterial infection. You need to keep your body hydrated by drinking isotonic fluids like ors. You can take anti diarrhea medicine and anti vomiting medicine. If your symptoms persist, you will need to do blood tests and stool tests. You should take some soups or porridges like rice soup or porridge with added salt to supplement the lost fluid from your body. Natural fruit juices and coconut water is also very good to regain the electrolytes and fluids that are lost due to vomiting and diarrhea. Please consult in private for your prescription.

Hye. Thank you for your query. There are many ways to lose a lot of weight fast. However, most of them will make you hungry and unsatisfied. If you don’t have iron willpower, then hunger will cause you to give up on these plans quickly plus all you lose is unhealthy muscle mass and the fats are still around. Eating sensibly and as per your body's nutrient needs will reduce your appetite significantly, Make you lose weight healthily without hunger and improve your metabolic health at the same time. Here are some tips to help you lose weight. Eat a high-protein breakfast. Eating a high-protein breakfast has been shown to reduce cravings and calorie intake throughout the day. Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. These are the most fattening things you can put into your body, and avoiding them can help you lose weight. Drink water a half hour before meals. Drinking water a half hour before meals increased weight loss by suppressing appetite and avoiding overeating. Choose seasonal foods. Eat smaller but more frequent meals. Eat soluble fiber. Eat fruits and vegetables. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods. Base most of your diet on whole foods. They are healthier, more filling and much less likely to cause overeating. Eat your food slowly. Fast eaters gain more weight over time. Eating slowly makes you feel more full and boosts weight-reducing hormones. Use smaller plates. Studies show that people automatically eat less when they use smaller plates. Get a good night’s sleep, every night. Poor sleep is one of the strongest risk factors for weight gain, so taking care of your sleep is important. It is best to do some sort of resistance training. If that is not an option, cardio workouts work too. Workout at least 4 times a week to see good fat loss.

hi its due to gases if you run or walk empty stomach you should not get that pain if even there is pain in empty stomach also then please take following remedies 1.saunf 1tsp boil in water and filter it and drink that water at the time of meal 2.panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner

Daily morning when I comb my hair I am getting around 20 hairs in my hand. I am bit worried due to this problem I have noticed with my hair. Moreover to prevent hairfall I am using pure mustard oil home made in my hair and also I have started taking one awla (indian gooseberry) from last one week. Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any multinational company take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines homoeo medicines are known for to stop hair fall and it actually happens phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo (sbl or any company) twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica montana q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash

Importance of eating healthy food: with taste healthy foods need not be tasteless all the time, you can include high protein, rich in taste foods items to your diet for easy consumption. Check out the below guidelines to be replace the bad food habits with good ones. Polished rice should be avoided, and must be replaced with half polished rice or brown rice can. These type of rice will have manganese, magnesium, b-complex vitamins and a wholesome lot of fiber contents. Which keeps us away from clonal, breast, thyroid, liver and mouth cancer. Avoid the intake of white flour and replace it with good quality wheat flour. Dry fruits like almonds, ground nuts can be added into your diet chart in a stipulated quantity. Children need calcium for their bone development, so as the adults. Make sure to add good amount of milk products to your diet, so that you can keep your bones strong and avoid osteoporosis bone disorder in future. Make sure to add more vegetable food to your diet, and restrict non-vegetarian to not more than 2-3 times a week. Salt and oil should be consumed in a very little quantities, and oil can be mixed up with different types of oil (e. G- ricebran and sunflower) for amazing results. Avoid using hydrogenated vegetable oil (dalda) completely.

Dear user. I can understand. There are no such short cuts with which you can reduce your belly fat by one inch within ten days. That is asking for too much. Physical exercise and dieting with non fatty food can help reduce your belly fat. Do not misinterpret dieting as going without food. You can consult a dietitian for this. Take care.

If color of your skin has changed over a period of time then you can change it with treatment but if originally you are having dusky complexion then it's really difficult to change the color to fair.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it. *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised.

Wash face regularly with aloe vera and take nourishing diet like milk, ghee etc. Do pranayam. As the rains set in, start dry fruits too. To raise the level of shukra dhatu, pl consult immediately.

YOu have to avoid fatty diet and animal fat and do exercises to reduce cholesterol .To lose weight, you must burn more calories than you consume a day from your diet, if you burn 3000 calories, you’ll lose a pound a week. People who lose weight slowly, about 1 to 2 pounds per week, are more successful at keeping the weight off. You'll also burn additional calories if you increase your physical activity. You weight-loss plan should do all of the following: •Emphasize fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat dairy products. •Include lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, and nuts. •Contain foods low in saturated fats, avoid trans fats, and limit cholesterol and salt (sodium). •Avoid refined sugars and processed foods. Some tips to help you lose weight: •Keep a food diary. Writing down everything you eat is critical! Noting how you feel when you eat will help you identify emotional triggers that may cause you to overeat. Emotional eaters tend to overeat. •Eat when you're truly hungry rather than when you're tired, anxious or stressed. •Eat slowly. If you eat too fast, you eat more than you need to satisfy your hunger. Your brain needs time to catch up with your stomach. •Plan your meals ahead of time so you make healthy choices. When dining out, check the menu online and decide what you will order before you sit down. Ask for dressings on the side. Opt for foods that are baked, broiled or steamed versus fried or swimming in creamy sauces. Avoid chips and bread baskets—they add unnecessary calories. •Stay hydrated. People often mistake thirst for hunger. •Eat breakfast. If you skip this meal, you'll be starving by lunchtime. You'll have more difficulty making healthy choices throughout the day. Find resources to help you keep track of your food choices and nutritional values and that can offer additional support when you need it.
