Loosing weight can cause skin darkening. Especailly if you did a crash diet. Take proper meals, eat vitamin c rich foods and drink apple carrot juice daily. Also drink milk even if you are on a diet, include all these.

This could be due to hormonal imbalance. Get her complete hormonal assays done like fsh, lh, oestrogen, progesterone, prolactin, oxytocin etc.

Dear lybrate-user, You are having some anxiety disorder probably. We need to talk to you to know about type of your anxiety disorder. There are good and effective medicine for anxiety disorder. There is no cure for anxiety disorder in ayurvedic and allopathic medicine though patient has spontaneous remission in some cases. Get yourself tested for serum thyroid level, Vit B12, vit D3 level. Start breathing exercise daily, maintain your sleep duration. Drink at least 3 to 4 L of water per day. All these measures will help you significantly. Consult psychiatrist for comprehensive treatment. All d best.

1. Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato, cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2. Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3. Eat food slowly, don’t rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. Limit fluid intake during meal4. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having,6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days.

Hello- fungal infestation in penis can be treated by these methods at home. 1) maintain proper hygiene, wear loose clothes and inner wares. 2) mob the area with wet cotton and apply neem tail twice a day. 3) you can also apply masoor dal powder with milk as a paste in the affected area. 4) applying tulsi (basil leaves) extract in affected area also responds quickly. 5) treat your digestion problem if having. Hello, why do you think that she is Hormonal deficient and you should give her Hormonal medicines. If you want her to gain weight then follow the below treatment ;- 1. Take alfalfa tonic(wsi), 2 – 2 tsp. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Calcarea phos 200, 5 drops , once in aweek , morning empty stomach for 2 weeks. 3. Take eggs, milk, butter, bananas, potatoes, mangoes, figs, oats, soyabean and dry fruits. 4. do light exercises regularly to keep your body active. Hello, for skin allergy, ask her to take homoeopathic medicines - schwabe's rhus tox. 30 and urtica urens 30 - both thrice daily for 4 weeks. Revert. For white patches: white patches/ dots on the skin are a common type of depigmented skin lesion associated with an infection, allergy, or autoimmune disorder. One common cause of white spots, or hypopigmentation, is a fungal infection of the skin known as tinea versicolor (associated with other symptoms, such as itching or dryness on or around the white patches). This fungal infection is not contagious and can be treated easily with over-the-counter medications. The white spots and patches can also be because of deficiency of vitamin d (for which 15-20 minutes of exposure to early morning sunlight without sunscreen is needed, 3-4times a week). Or else they could be idiopathic (i. E, without any cause). Vitiligo is an autoimmune disorder which can be treated with homoeopathic medicines, but chances of relapses are also there. Please tell me other symptoms like about sensation on the area, since how long do you have this patch, any family history of white patch, etc. Meantime, you can start with homoeopathic medicines - cina 1m/ one dose daily at night and ars. Sulph. Flavum. 200/ twice daily for 20 days (it is safe). Apply a good brand's sunscreen with spf 40 on the skin (specially on the white patches/ spots) 20-30 minutes before going out under the sunscreen and reapply it after 3-4 hrs. Again.

6 Essential lifestyle changes every diabetic patient must make

Diabetes is very restrictive - living with the disease however does not imply that you stop enjoying. By bringing about certain changes in your lifestyle, you can still live your life to the fullest. For better management of your disease, these are some of the changes that you can make to improve your blood sugar levels and keep your condition under control.

1. Stay fit with physical activity
The first lifestyle change you can make is to increase your level of physical activity. This can help you in burning extra calories, thereby keeping your blood sugar levels in check. Spending 30 minutes a day exercising is ideal.
If you’re not fond of exercising or don’t have the time for it, even performing simple activities like walking, vacuuming or doing your laundry can help to lower glucose levels while burning calories.

2. Maintain a healthy BMI
Likewise, try to lose those extra kilos that may be weighing you down and increasing your sugar levels. You don’t have to lose all the weight in one go, you can do so little by little. To lose weight gradually and consequently achieve a healthy BMI, you must have more of fruit and vegetables and less of sugary items and processed food along with exercising regularly.

3. Make the right food choices
When it comes to food, you should consume whole grain foods instead of refined carbohydrate alternatives. Make every meal a balanced one with starches, fats and proteins included in the right amount. This is because among the different food classes, it’s chiefly carbohydrates that influence your blood glucose levels. So, you need to keep track of the amount of carbohydrates that you’ve consumed in order to arrive at the right insulin dosage.
In addition to keeping count of your carbohydrate consumption, understanding the right portion sizes for the different types of food is also extremely vital for better management of your ailment. Measuring cups and spoons should be employed to arrive at the right quantities of food.

5. Eat your meals at fixed timings
As a diabetic, you should not go longer than 5 hours without eating as it can cause your blood sugar levels to fall dramatically, making you feel weak and faint. Instead you should have your meals at fixed hours, spacing them out at regular intervals. This will ensure your blood sugar levels are always at an optimum point.

6. Control your stress
Stress is a risk factor for Type 2 diabetes. When you’re under stress, your body produces stress hormones (cortisol) that can cause your blood sugar levels (and even blood pressure)to rise. So, preventing or controlling stress becomes necessary to keep your diabetes under control.

If the test is negative, it is unlikely that she is pregnancy. You may wait for another week or so and repeat the test. If pain in abdomen continues then you may consult a gynaecologist without delay.

Just be patient relax and regular thats the mantra for good gyming. You do not need much of the extra diet. First concentrate on loosing excess weight, use diet restrictions for harmful food, regualr gymming with normal doet will give you shape and muscle bulk then you can think of making additions to your diet for more, but that will take time. Do not take any medicines or medicated supplements to grow muscles in hurry that is an advice.
