Symptoms of dengue are -- High grade fever , pain behind the eyes and in the joints, muscles ,severe headache,rash over the body. If fever is more than one week, get ur CBC, ESR, URINE ROUTINE AND WIDAL TEST done. Take crocin for fever. Drink plenty of liquids. Eat healthy diet. Take adequate rest Hope this helps u. If required, consult with reports.

. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories. * you can take medohar guggal of baidyanath 1 tablet daily for atleast 3 months but only under the supervision of ayurveda expert.

That's nice there's no problem. Simple aartav shuddhi procedure of ayurveda with medicinal herbs like ashoka, rodhra, daruhaldi, neem antarchhal and many others with some mineral preparations based on kasis, louh, mandoor etc have the capability of restoring normal functions in females. It's slow being pure n natural products but effect sustains without any side effects. The effect is visible in first month itself but recommended for use for at least 2-3 months. It will bring glow, normalise hormonal balance (through it's not hormonal medicine), relieve stress and anaemia and bring overall strength. Libido is also increased by default. Hello As we know that Prevention is better than cure. Then to prevent the reformation of Stone you should avoid tomatoes, lettuce, cauliflower etc. You should drink plenty of water. Do Yoga like kapalbhati.

Home Remedy- Make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Treatment- 1-Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. 2-Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. 3-Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc. Diet-avoid taking tea and coffee. Spicy food and junk food. Drink lots of water and fruit juices.

Aloe vera juice is very effective to stop hair loss. Pure aloe gel can be applied directly to the scalp. This is helpful for preventing hair loss due to irritated, dry or infected scalp. Aloe vera balances the ph level of scalp. After massaging the head with aloe gel, wait for few hours and then wash the hair with lukewarm water. You should do this twice a week for best results.

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. Neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you wherever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifolium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.

Dear, if you have any throat pain or irritation in throat or excessive cough problem so due to these problem sometimes blood comes from throat. As you said it is from gums or may be gum bleeding. Gum bleeding occurs due to inflammation occurs in gums. So to prevent this problem: * take 1/2 piece of lemon and add its juice in one glass of water drink it daily. * take 1/3 piece of lemon and squeeze it and rub it on your gums area. * avoid to eat mango, jaggery, garlic, ginger. * avoid drinking alcohol and smoking completely. * do not do hard brushing on teeth. * put 2 to 3 drops of mustard oil on your palm area and massage your gums gently with finger for 3 to 4 minutes. * drink 6 to 8 glass of water daily.

Take diet for hypothyroidism:- high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread, nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in b vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. Flax oil, selenium: tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: this amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce t3 and t4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid few foods in hypothroidism i. E. Caffeine products tea, coffee, tabcco, alcohol / wine, kale, broccoli, spinach, mustard green, cabbage, turnip, millet, cassava, linseeds, pine nuts, soy products as soy milk, tofu, soybeans, soy souce, also avoid stress. Take some relax during work. Proper follow up you can feel better and reduce weight also. And you can control cholesterol / hdl / ldl/t. G. And obesity by using following flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap, take. Green veg, whole grain foods, spicy foods, use garlic in foods daily. Cod liver oil. Low sugar foods, low calories foods. Change own life style. Do meditation, yoga, go walk daily in morning and evening, do any one physically activity daily i. E. Play any game, avoid fast foods, oily foods, alcohol, smoking, fatty foods, non-veg, avoid stress, take plenty of water in day time. These are helful also reduced obesity. Hye. Aap theek see waqt waqt pe khaye.  Khana band karne se aur khaana kum kar dene se wajan ulta badhta hai.  Ek waqt pe kam khaye. Thoda Thoda samay samay pe khana le. Khane se pehle Ek glass garam limboo ka pani le.  Bahar ki khane ki cheze band kar de. Khane mein fal sabji ghee dal dahi roti chawal le. Sahi samay pe Sahi matra mein khaoge tho wajan kabhi nahi badhega. Wyayam hafte mein 4 din kare.  Diet ke naam pe ghee, tel, roti, fal chod doge tho kamjor hoge lekin charbi kam nahi hogi

If your periods fail to start by another week and you have otherwise fairly regular cycles then repeat the urine pregnancy test again. If still negative then take deviry tablets 10mg- thrice daily for 5 days. Wait for another5-7 days and hopefully your periods should start.

1.First of all try to enjoy or find enjoymnt in what you are doing because if we dont enjoy our work we will find excuses and moreover we will exhaut early. 2.Daily morning 15 minutes each ALOM VILOM PRANAYAAM and KAPAL BHATI PRANAYAM 3.Eat healthy/Balanced diet and avoid fried,junk and oily food,avoid overeating Balanced Diet= 60% Carbohydrates + 20% Fats + 20% Proteins (A)Carbohydrates: Our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important for people who exercise regularly to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) Instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: Banana, Milk, Sweets, Sugarcane juice. (b) Slow carbohydrates energy sources: Beans, Bread, Cereals, Potato, Pulses, Rice. (B) Proteins: Essential for growth, repair of muscle, skin, hair and body tissues. Protein deficiency leads to low immunity, hairfall, feeling of tiredness. Proteins are not stored in our body as any excess protein is converted to energy or fat. Hence, a person requires protein intake every day. BRAMARI PRANAYAM or Bee Breath 1.Close your eyes. Focus on your breathing. 2.Place your thumbs in your ears, your index fingers above your eyebrows, and your remaining along the sides of your nose. Keep each pinky finger near a nostril. 3.Breath in deeply through the nose. First, feel the diaphragm move down, allowing the lungs to expand and forcing the abdomen out; then feel your chest expand with your collar bones rising last. .4.Use your pinkies to partially close each nostril. Keep your lungs filled. .5.Breathe out through the nose while humming. Note that the humming sound should originate in your throat, not as a result of your partially-blocked nostrils. 6.Repeat twenty times.starting from 5 times 13.Follow the above 12 points and you will strat feeling energetic After 30 days again consult me

My weight is 70 nd my height is 174 It's been 2 months of me working for shaping, still I feel like I'm lean, so to gain some muscle, is it safe to intake protein supplements? Hi Ganesh, to gain muscle, you need to increase protein intake in your diet and have a balanced diet with fruits, vegatables , pulses, salad, curd along with chapatis. Protein sources through food are milk, paneer, cheese, curd, pulses ( all dal), sprouts,soybean, nuts , if non-vegetarian, then you can have eggs, chicken, lean meat, fish also . I would also suggest that at an age of 20 yrs, you should avoid supplements and increase your diet
