U can give birth but with this frequency there's every chance of weak Shukra Dhatu (semen element) leading to frustrated sex life in future and quality of sperm may be compromised. It is generally noticed that the people who fast for long hours (self dieting), tend to put on more weight because their body start storing even carbs. My both breast sizes are different. That's why I feel very uncomfortable. And I can't wear a proper bra. It is feeling irritated. My left side breast is 38 and right side breast is 40 size. Why I am mentally tired easily, even though I am not physically tired even after strenuous work or long hours of outdoor work? Frequent headaches have a greater sensitivity to changes in the environment. Temperature changes may trigger chemical and electrical changes in the brain. This irritates nerves, leading to a headache. It could be due to migraine too. Avoid too cold water.Drink plenty of liquids. Hope this helps u.

May be that is due to tanning of skin or due to formation of freckles or you may suffering from deficiency of vitamins. Take nutritious diet and fruits for healthy skin. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water daily. Sleep for at least 8 hours and don't take stress. For pigmentation of skin and dark circle you should homeopathic medicine.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy.  1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day.  Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of –  a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day.  g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

Kindly take shatavari powder, 1 tsf in a glass of warm milk, 1 hr after meals, twice a day. Take Kulathadi Kashayam, 3 tsf in half a glass of luke warm water, twice a day, before meals. continue the medication for 21 days, stop the medication once periods starts. Avoid cold water, cold eatables, curd, fried food in your diet. Take adequte rest and sound sleep for 7 to 8 hrs at night. Do pranayama for 10 to 15 mins and do go for a brisk walk for 15 to 20 mins daily. Stay in touch. good luck.

Stress is a by product of our modern life style. Due to chronic stress you have a negative chain of thought repeating in your mind. The wonderful new is that our mind could be wired to switch back to positive things and resilience building. When things does not happen as we wish or people do not behave as we expect that is when out of disappointment, frustration, loneliness, anger, sadness. Etc we react and our mind starts thinking negative thoughts. Changing this pattern of responding to stressful situation requires both persistence and patience. Also you will only be able to work on this out of love and kindness towards you. Strong motivation will go a long way. Writing a statement about how would you want to respond in a similar situation and how will your life and your happiness will change if you do learn to manage your stress and how to respond to it. Once that is clear. Try following things to learn relaxation response which leads to better coping mechanism on a daily basis. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You could google and download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. This will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Along with this also increase consumption of raw vegetables in the form of salad in both the meals of your day. As a positive psychologist and a certified life and wellness coach I would be able to help build resilience and confidence to take on life and learn how to excel in what you do. Hope this helps.
