Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

Fibdomylagia is a disorder of muscles which causes muscle pain and fatigue. Fibromylagia involves soft muscle fibres like ligaments, muscles, tendons and which causes pain and stiffness. Hello, first of all you should know what is backache and by which factors it caused and aggravated. The usual cause of low back pain is the sedentary lifestyle that we lead these days. There is hardly any movement. We remain seated most of the time and stand for very short periods of time. Unfortunately walking, running and cycling like activities are also not a part of our daily routine. To add to it, our diet consists more and more of junk food. Fresh fruits, vegetables and high fibre foods are consumed less and less. These daily practices lead to obesity. The increased body weight puts lot of pressure on the spine which has to bear all the extra unwanted weight. The back muscles which are already weak due to lack of exercise and wrong posture are unable to cope with this increased load. This causes pain in the back muscles. Management for Low Back Pain:-Along with medicines for relieving pain, one needs to identify the cause and correct it. This may require some medicines or some correction in your posture or reducing weight or improving your lifestyle. At the same time, there is a need to work on the local muscle strengthening. Hi. I have gone through a total hip replacement caused due to an accident. Its been an year now i have a discharge at times coming from the operated leg. How soon this should be treated and what are the complications?

If the wound is still discharging, then it's not good news. Tests need to be done to know if the hip replacement is infected. If confirmed, then the only way of controlling the infection is to remove the implants. Once infection is controlled, a revision hip can be done.

Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

stiffness in the knee at this age is due to arthritis of the knee. depending on the extent of arthritis the treatment varies. Burning sensation in the foot is usually due to peripheral neuropathy and it may be due to diabetes or vit B 12 deficiency. Can you upload your mother's knee xrays?

May be strain n deficiency of calcium levels ok firstly avoid running do only walk for 2 days tk muscle relaxant medicine and apply heat formation with rest time and tk a roll of towel put the under knee and press for 10 second then released ok do 10 to 15 times if it ok otherwise tk vitd and calcium oral ya medicine.

You could be having planter fascitis which is a fairly common condition at your age. Put you foot in warm water for 10-15min daily. Get the help of a physiotherapist who can teach you stretching exercises for the foot. He can also give you ultrasonic therapy. Take calcium supplements. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Inform after 10 days.

For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

Hello you may have plantar fasciitis. Stretching is the best treatment for plantar fasciitis. It may help to try to keep weight off your foot until the initial inflammation goes away. Apply ice to the sore area for 20 minutes three or four times a day to relieve your symptoms. Do following exercises- in one exercise, you lean forward against a wall with one knee straight and heel on the ground. Your other knee is bent. Your heel cord and foot arch stretch as you lean. Hold for 10 seconds, relax and straighten up. Repeat 20 times for each sore heel. It is important to keep the knee fully extended on the side being stretched. Another exercise, you lean forward onto a countertop, spreading your feet apart with one foot in front of the other. Flex your knees and squat down, keeping your heels on the ground as long as possible. Your heel cords and foot arches will stretch as the heels come up in the stretch. Hold for 10 seconds, relax and straighten up. Repeat 20 times. Revert me after 7 days. Thanks.
