The 8th to 21st day of the menstrual cycle counting from first day is considered as fertile period or the unsafe period. Days other than this are considered safe, that is, the 1st-7th day of the cycle and then again from the 22nd to the 28th day.

I am 22 yrs old and my height is 4.11 please suggest me how to reduce the breast size.

I am 22 yrs old and my height is 4.11 please suggest me how to reduce the breast size.
Start a great exercise plan. Another thing that reduces breast size is exercise. Since most of the breast volume is fatty tissue, losing weight will also help you decrease your breast size. You should focus on fat-burning exercises and limit your sugar intake so that you will reduce more of your body fat. When you begin to tone and shape your body, you will notice that your breast size also decreases. This is simply the reduction of the fatty tissue present in your breasts. Myself being a homoeopath will prescribe you PHYTOLACCA BERRY 3X TABS ( Wilmar Schwabe India) taken 2 Tabs two times a day and claim to burn excess fat in the mammary glands which inevitably decreases breast size

Hi i am 26 years old female. I got pregnant and I took mefipristone and misoprostole. Everything went normal and I got my periods next month. Now I feel pain during intercourse. Even after a week of my last day of period I am still bleeding though just in very little amount. What shall I do?

Have you undergone scan again for confirmation? if not, better you should go n meet gynaecologist for checkup. These all pills should b taken under guidance of a particular specialist only. Sometimes, even 1-2 pieces left over inside the uterus also may cause infection. Which leads to irregular, intermittent flow.

Hello, she can be on local anaesthetics before penetration and that can help reduce the pain and some counselling is definitely required regarding vaginal exercises which can reduce vaginismus.

Hypoglycemia - Indications You Must Know!

MBBS, MD, FAIIDR
Diabetologist, Vadodara
Hypoglycemia - Indications You Must Know!

There are numerous conditions that can arise when the body does not process the dietary glucose properly. Hypoglycemia, otherwise called as low blood sugar, is when the blood sugar level in a person’s body decreases than normal value. Individuals with diabetes can get hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) when their bodies do not have enough sugar to use as fuel. It can happen for a few reasons, including diet, few medications and conditions, and exercise.

In case you get hypoglycemia, record the date and time when it happened and what you did. Give the record to your specialist, so he or she can search for a pattern and adjust your medications accordingly. The most widely recognized reason for hypoglycemia includes medicines used to treat diabetes mellitus, for example, insulin and sulfonylureas.

The risk is more noteworthy in diabetics who have eaten very less than what is required, exercised more than expected, or have had excessive alcohol. Other reasons for hypoglycemia incorporate kidney failure, certain cancers, for example, insulinoma, liver sickness, hypothyroidism, hunger, an inherent error of digestive system, extreme diseases, receptive hypoglycemia, various medications and liquor. The vast majority feels the symptoms of hypoglycemia when their glucose is 70 milligrams per deciliter (mg/dL) or lower. Every individual with diabetes may have distinctive symptoms of hypoglycemia depending on their age, stage and other factors. You will figure out how to recognize yours.

Some of the most common symptoms are:

Early indications include:

  1. Confusion
  2. Drowsiness
  3. Shivering or shaking
  4. Hunger
  5. Irritation
  6. Headaches
  7. Pounding heart
  8. Racing pulse
  9. Pale skin
  10. Sweating
  11. Trembling
  12. Weakness
  13. Nervousness

Anxiety Without treatment, you may get more serious side effects, including:

  1. Poor coordination
  2. Concentration issues
  3. Numbness in mouth and tongue
  4. Nightmares
  5. Unconsciousness
  6. Trouble talking, impaired speech
  7. Ataxia, incoordination, mistaken up for being drunk
  8. Central or general motor deficiency, loss of motion, hemiparesis
  9. Migraine
  10. Trance, coma like state, strange breathing
  11. Seizures Individuals with hypoglycemia unawareness do not have any idea about their glucose level drops.

In case you have this condition, your glucose can drop without you noticing it. Without quick treatment, you can pass out, encounter a seizure, or even go into a state of extreme coma. In case somebody is having an extreme reaction, for example, unconsciousness, it is imperative to inject a drug called glucagon and contact the hospital quickly. People who are at danger for low glucose need to speak with their specialist about getting a solution for glucagon. You should never give an unconscious individual anything by mouth, as it could make them choke. Hypoglycemia should not be ignored. Depending upon the type of symptoms you are witnessing, you should immediately rectify or consult with you specialist before it gets severe.

It is common for young people to feel lumpiness in the breast during your ovulation period, especially right before your period. If it is due to normal hormonal changes that are going on inyour body during the menstrual cycle, an it goes away itself after menses starts. So relax.

Hi! The chance of pregnancy is almost nil in this scenario. I don't think you need to worry about it. Wait for her regular cycle to come. Ony if she misses her period we need to do the pregnancy test which can be done at home or at at any hospital. Though I really feel it will not be required.

Can you suggest a medicine that can avoid pregnancy after 2 weeks of intercourse? Or suggest a method to know either she is pregnant or not?

MBBS
General Physician, Chandigarh
After Teo weeks there is no meficine to avoid it if it has already happened and only way to confirm it is by ultrasound abdomen to rule out the pregnancy otherwise if she misses her periods then you can test her urine for pregnancy and take meficine to abort it if it us positive.

How Sufficient Intake of Water Leads to Healthy Skin

How Sufficient Intake of Water Leads to Healthy Skin

Flawless skin is becoming a thing of the past. Skin problems like acne, pimples, freckles, fine lines and wrinkles, to name a few are on a mercurial rise. Many find their skin to be losing its radiance at an alarming rate.

Water is one of the most important components that help in the process of digestion, blood circulation, mineral absorption and can have positive impact on your skin. Dehydration can take a toll on your skin, leaving it dry and lifeless. In order to ensure the health of your skin, it is highly recommended to keep your system hydrated. Following are the benefits of water:

  1. Moisturizes dry skin and lessens the appearance of wrinkles: Insufficient intake of water makes your skin appear dry and flaky; such a skin is more prone to wrinkling. When you drink sufficient water your skin cells hydrate from within. Hydrated skin is resilient in nature and therefore, it has less chance of suffering from premature wrinkling.
  2. Makes your skin appear younger: It is advised to drink minimum 8 glasses of water a day to keep your body hydrated. The condition of your health can be analyzed from the condition of your skin, as a body that is hydrated well, makes your skin appear healthy too.
  3. Get rid of dark circles: The problem of dark circles arises over the years due to the damage of the capillaries under the eyes. The skin around the eyes is thinner than facial skin, which hinders the smooth flow of fluid through them. Plenty intake of water on a regular basis can reduce the appearance of dark circles dramatically, making your skin appear healthy.
  4. Keeps skin soft: Skin is made up of 3 layers namely, epidermis, dermis and subcutaneous tissue. When the water content of the outermost layer of the epidermis is insufficient, your skin tends to lose elasticity and feel rough. Intake of adequate water hydrates the skin cells and makes them function properly, making your skin soft and supple.
  5. Improves skin tone: Water is known for its abilities to flush out toxins from your system and for maintaining the proper functioning of your kidneys. Sufficient intake of water ensures that harmful toxins and impurities are regularly flushed out of your system, thereby, adding a healthy glow to your skin.

Just keep doing regular work, go for morning/ evening walks but not brisk walk......Maintain positive mindset....Avoid stress......Keep yourself mentally prepared for pain ..... In case there is no complication, u will definitely have a normal delivery......Since ancient times women have been getting labour pains and delivering normally........ Caesarean is there to tackle any complication....

Hi Ma'am/SIr
I need a query for my brother's wife. Actually she is 28th. Her tube has blocked and her wight gone more...
Surgery can be used to try to correct this common cause of infertility. The specific type of surgery depends on the location and extent of the fallopian tube blockage. Some tubal procedures can be done using microsurgical techniques, either during open abdominal surgery or using laparoscopy through a small incision. Strong to mild abdominal pain, fever, painful periods, strange looking or smelling vaginal discharge, or feeling pain while having sex or passing urine, are some possible symptoms, but because many women still ovulate, blocked fallopian tubes can go unnoticed until a woman is trying to get pregnant.h a small incision..
