Now-a-days I walk around 2-3km everyday during day. It has been from 2 months now and I have started feeling weakness in me and I get tired very early and I get angry at very small things also.

Mr. Lybrate-user, to say diabetes is under control - fasting should be closer to 100 mg, pp should be 150 to 160 mg and hba1c<6.8. If you have maintained this then it is good. If not then that is the main contributor for ed. Secondly you have to completely stop tobacco, there is no alternative. Because nicotine is harmful to coronary arteries as well as other blood vessels especially in diabetes.

Subhajyoti das your teeth are badly decayed and having blackish spots. weevil of the teeth means drilling by decay in teeth and caries .it appear as if drilled /eaten by saw like action of weevil teeth .. consult dental surgeon for removal of decay and filling and crowning of teeth.

Hello, Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. Play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Diet and lack of exercise are the two most important factors that contribute to obesity. While the modern day diet is becoming more and more full of fats, sweets and empty calories, it is becoming devoid of nutritious vitamins and minerals. The fibre content is also decreasing. One tends to stack up on junk food in an effort to take a quick bite while on the go. At the same time, physical activity is on the decline. One has increased access to vehicles and the need to walk or cycle is almost not present. Even for commuting short distances, one uses cars or two wheelers. All these things are readily contributing to this epidemic of obesity. Have vit d & calcium levels checkup Avoid sitting on floor crossed leg & squatting position, even try not to climb stairs frequently Do knee isometrics- lie down & keep towel roll under your knee & press it, hold for 5sec then relax, 20 repetitions each knee, twice daily Straight leg raising- raise your leg hold for 5sec then relax, 10 repetitions each leg, twice daily Sit on high surface with your legs hanging on the side, have about 500grams weight tied to your ankle, then move your leg up hold position for 3sec then relax, 10 repetitions each twice daily. Make sure your back should be straight, it should not move backwards or sideways.

I migrated from India to Saudi Arabia & found skin itching problem initially. Then after continuous use of coconut oil & good moisturiser, my issue got resolved upto 95%. Hello, Its very important to understand with every delivery (cs section) core muscles (abs and back) gets weakend, so its necessary to do core exercises, back strengthening exercises atleast 3 months after delivery, no medicines will help in gaining the musculat strength, it will only help in pain releif. Other than that your posture during feeding, nappy changing etc all take a toll on the back, so best would be to consult a physiotherapist and start with proper exercises which will help all your muscles. Also avoid sitting on a low chair or sofa (soft surface) sit on a chair with back support ,it will help.

You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Use home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity.

  1. Make Up: While there is nothing wrong with using make up on a regular basis, the cardinal sin that many of us commit includes not cleaning the make up properly before we hit the bed. Many of us are so tired by the end of the day that we end up sleeping with our mascara and lipstick still on. The ingredients of such products can greatly alter the quality of your skin if left on for too long. You will need to allow your skin to breathe without any layers of make up so that your dead cells can get replenished and the elasticity of the skin is retained.

As you mentioned your friend has hypothyroidism, a deficiency of thyroxine in his circulation.
