Wash your face with gentle natural face wash. Avoid junk spicy food. Drink 3-4 litrs of water daily. Eat lots of green leafy veg and fruits. Use fruit pack take 1 pc of carrot, 1pc tomato1 pc apple grind it mixed some honey and few drops of lemon juice. Apply 3-4 days in a week. With this you need proper homeopathic treatment for cure.

Hi, I understand your situation. I would like to know about the stress in your life in detail. whether something is making depression worse or is causing the depression. eat healthy: Don’t skip meals. Going too long between meals can make you feel irritable and tired, so aim to eat something at least every three to four hours. Minimize sugar and refined carbs. You may crave sugary snacks, baked goods, or comfort foods such as pasta or French fries, but these “feel-good” foods quickly lead to a crash in mood and energy. Focus on complex carbohydrates. Foods such as baked potatoes, whole-wheat pasta, oatmeal, and whole grain breads can boost serotonin levels without a crash. Boost your B vitamins. Deficiencies in B vitamins such as folic acid and B-12 can trigger depression. To get more, take a B-complex vitamin supplement or eat more citrus fruit, leafy greens, beans, chicken, and eggs. 2)Push yourself to do things, even when you don’t feel like it. You might be surprised at how much better you feel once you’re out in the world. Even if your depression doesn’t lift immediately, you’ll gradually feel more upbeat and energetic as you make time for fun activities. 3) Practice relaxation techniques. A daily relaxation practice can help relieve symptoms of depression, reduce stress, and boost feelings of joy and well-being. Try yoga, deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, or meditation. You just need to mix apple cider vinegar with honey, and then apply it to your scars by using a cotton ball. Let it rest for 10 minutes and then wash off. Repeat this remedy 2-3 times a day. Best of luck!!

1. Be organized 2. Eat at regular periods 3. Before lunch and dinner, drink a cup of water to which the juice of half a grapefruit is added 4. Do not eat in between meals 5. Do not eat before bedtime 6. Drink 8 oz of water per day to flush out toxins 7. Do not drink while eating. 8. Lose weight and keep it off without starving yourself. This common ailment often happens because you swallow more air than usual, overeat, smoke, chew gum, or eat foods that cause gas. Flatulence can be embarrassing and painful for anyone, but don’t worry! You easily reduce flatulence with diet and lifestyle choices. Have smaller meals throughout the day. Eat six small meals per day instead of three large meals. Your system may more easily digest fewer meals and produce less gas from them Eat easily digestible carbs. Foods that contain simple carbohydrates may be easier for you to digest Avoid gas-promoting foods. Plan your meals each day to include easily digestible carbs. Steer clear of food choices that may make create gas in your intestines. Find suitable replacements for the following gas-promoting foods Beans and lentils. Cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, and brussels sprouts. Bran. Dairy products containing lactose. Fruit such as apples and pears. Sorbitol, a sugar substitute found in some sugar-free products. Fatty junk foods, like fast food burgers or pizza. Chew your meal slowly. If you're famished or you're a fast eater, avoid the temptation to shovel your food into your mouth. Chew each meal slowly so you don’t swallow too much air. Doing this can aid digestion and may minimize the production of gas. Get regular exercise. Physical activity can help your intestines expel gas and stay regular. Exercise for at least 30 minutes most days of the week. If you are unable to do 30 minutes, aim for 2 15-minute sessions of physical movement, which can also ease flatulence. Your problem are 1.URINARY TRACT INFECTION 2.CYSTITIS. U have prolonged urinary tract infection almost 2 months which needs proper diagnosis. Treatment depends upon the underlined cause and infection. Before to start any treatment these tests are necessary. U need to do these tests and send me the reports. 1.Urine Routine and Microscopy. 2.Urine for culture and sensitivity. 3.CBC U can consult me on Nine five three five four two zero seven seven zero. Till the reports you can try these tips. Drink plenty of water approximately 4 litres per day. U can try cranberry juice 1 glass morning and night with 2 glasses of water.
