There can be many reasons behind your hair fall - like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anemia. Take homeopathic medicine acid phos 1m/single dose (5 drops in little water) and revert after 2 weeks. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Also use arnica shampoo. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger by meditation. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take sound/good sleep. Avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight/ hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.

For prevention from greying of hairs follow these instructions: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair from greying. • Avoid the use of products such as hair colours or excessive shampoo. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo.

I have a lot of back pain just below my shoulder blade and when I like sit for a long time or use laptop for a long time this pain and there is a lump under my right nipple which pains a lot with this backpain sometimes this pain is unbearable. Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Ruta 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 3. Calc fluor 6x (3tabs) thrice a day for a week. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in all the medicines.

Carbohydrates less than 750 mg/kg body weight / day is the ideal diet that is if a person is 60 kg he should not take more than 45 gms of carbohydrates every day.

Avoid junk food, oily and spicy food. Do not lie down immediately after meal. Walk for some time. Do not sleep in the afternoon. Do not drink water immediately after meal. You can take it after one hour. Use ajwain and asafoetida[hing] in food. Take two glasses of lukewarm water in the morning empty stomach. Take fibrous diet like fruits vegetables and whole grain food items. Avoid maida.

What should you eat to lose weight?

Eating healthy is a key to an active life. It sometimes becomes difficult to choose a particular diet plan as you are not too sure about what to eat that will help you lose weight. The best way to lose weight is to eat natural foods which help in maintaining your waistline than processed foods which promise the same. Following is a list of 7 very basic natural foods which help you lose weight and also takes care of your health:

  1. Broccoli - Broccoli is one of the most effective foods which can help you lose weight. It contains several micronutrients and phytochemicals which aid in weight loss by breaking down fats. Broccoli is rich in dietary fiber, minerals, and vitamins and low in calories and yet satisfies your hunger. You can eat it raw, cooked or as a healthy snack. Add this green vegetable to your regular diet and hasten your weight loss process.
  2. Oats - Oats is a healthy addition to your diet as it high on nutrients and fiber. You should include it in the regular diet for at least 4 times a week if you want to lose weight. You can customize your serving to add more nutritional value to your meal. Avoid sugary toppings as they are high in calories and do not promote weight loss. Do not consume oats with added flavors or any other synthetic ingredients.
  3. Apples - Apples are low in calories and rich in fiber. It is a perfect snack which is sweet and satisfying at the same time. It not only helps you to lose weight but also effectively controls your blood cholesterol. Apples contain antioxidants which have a lot of health benefits other than aiding weight loss. Fresh apples are considered to be even more effective in this regard.
  4. Cabbage - Cabbage contains only 17 calories in a serving and is one of the best foods for weight loss. You can cook it in olive oil and season it with herbs and add it to your regular diet. Cabbage also helps fight cancer among its other beneficial qualities. It reduces your calorie intake and also satisfies your appetite. It also acts as a natural detox and works wonders for your overall health.
  5. Black beans - Black beans are one of the most satisfying proteins which you can consume during weight loss. They are rich in fiber and protein and keep you full for a long time. They contain soluble fiber which helps you fight cholesterol problems. The insoluble fiber in black beans maintains your digestive system and regulates the bowels.
  6. Fruit yogurt - You can see visible results if you cut down your overall calorie intake and supplement it with yogurt in your regular diet. The calcium in yogurt restricts the production of cortisol and controls your appetite. Yogurt also contains amino acids which contribute in burning fat. You can add fruits like blueberry or aloe vera to your yogurt to make it a tastier and healthier snack.
  7. Whole bean salad - Whole bean salad is simple to prepare and is a very healthy snack. It is filling and keeps your hunger pangs at bay. You can put bell peppers and sweet corn to add flavors and toss it in olive oil to keep it healthy.

1.Water to detoxify:-You must drink lot of water throughout the day. At least 12- 15 glasses a day as it helps in lymphatic drainage and removes toxins from body. 2.5 meals a must: - Try to eat 5 meals at least that must include fruits and vegetables. 3.Never skip meals: - Never skip your meals, especially breakfast as it is the first meal of the day after long hours of fasting. 4.Eat light at night:-Attempt to eat dinner as early as possible to your body enough time to digest before sleeping (ideally finish dinner by 08: 00 p. M. - 08: 30 p. M. And you should go to sleep after 3 hours of your meal). Also dinner must be kept as light as possible. 5.Relish your favorites’ in small amounts: - We all have a favorites like cheese, chocolates, cakes, french fries etc. Try to consume these in smaller quantities but by self discipline. 6.Proteins a must: - Proteins are important part of your diet. These helps to satisfy your hunger quickly. (Follow as per chart below – don’t take of your own) 7.Fats and Oils:- Oils must be used as little as possible in cooking. Also it is recommended that different kinds of oils be used in rotational basis as each one has different essential fatty acids. Oils that may be used are Mustard oils, Sunflower oil, Rice bran Oil, Soybean oil and Olive oil. All seasonable vegetables and fruits are recommended to increase the fiber as well as vitamins and minerals content in ones diet to enhance the metabolic rate. Eat 25 to 30 almonds in a day.

Do the cat/cow Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

For a normal weight reducing diet, the quality of food is reduced as per the reduced calorie restrictions. Emphasis is given or more roughage and liquids. The following items are deleted:- a) butter, ghee and coconuts chutney. B) fried food items. C) egg yolk. D) high calorie fruits like banana. This diet provides about 1000-1200 calories and 40-45gm of protein. For height: foods those can help to increase muscle mass are protein rich and a well balanced diet. We recommend exercise regularly along with good stretching and have 1.2 gm of protein /kg of body weight. Include tofu, paneer, egg white, chicken, fish, soya flour and some plant proteins like sprouts, broccoli, green leafy vegetables and bean salads to cover up your daily requirements of protein. Make a right combination of carbohydrates, proteins and fats to achieve best results.

Hi, Blood in motions is seen in piles, fissures, ulcerative colitis, colon cancer, etc. For diagnostic purpose, do a colonoscopy and consult a general surgeon for further management. Avoid hot and spicy food. Take some laxatives if you have constipation. Drink plenty of fluids and consume high fiber diet. Get treated at the earliest, otherwise, you will suffer from severe anaemia due to heavy blood loss.

I have bilateral pcos of about 9 mm. Skin is extreme oil and have pimples on face, shoulders and back, have acne or dermatitis type on butt. My face is dark compared to my body. Hands are darker than body, face is darker than hands. I have tried everything possible, like fresh fruits and vegetables healthy diet with less spicy foods, flax seeds, lots of water, sunscreen lotion even indoors, clindamycin, adapalene,tretinoin ,erytop. Epiduo etc for acne. But there was no long term improvement. Acne stop for 1-2 months and came back again even with continuing these gels. But neutriderm moisturising lotion and fresh aloevera gel from plant works better than all these medicines to an extent. Please suggest a better remedy for oily skin and getting even skin tone for face. And how many times glycolic peel can be done.
