There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

You need to gain weight and especially muscle mass to be fitter and healthier. Weight gain needs a healthy wholesome diet with increase in proteins, healthy fats and required carbohydrate intake. Include more of fish, eggs, chicken, nuts and oilseeds in your diet with ample quantity of fresh fruits and vegetables. Do not skip meals and eat frequently. Do some exercise along so that digestion is good. Take care that you do not have constipation and are properly hydrated. Eating peanuts will cause acidity and flatulence which leads to heat in abdomen, and to balance it, you take lemon and yogurt. Take lycopodium 200, and asafoetida 30, 4-4 pills thrice a day and report thereafter for further treatment. Besides this, avoid spicy and fatty oily food, take salads and sprouts, don't be empty stomach, be hydrated, do walk for minimum of 30 minutes. Do revert back for further treatment.

There is my one friend she didn't get her periods this month but last she got her periods 2 times in month and last to last month she got periods 3 times she also had sex last month after sex she got her periods does it is confirm that if girls get periods after sex are not pregnant?

if period occur it is purely confirm that there is no pregnancy. but bleeding due to any other reason should not be taken as confusion of menstrual cycle.

It is not safe to prescribe medications without proper check up of the patient... The antibiotics are prescribed according to the weight and severity of infection... There are other factors also to consider...

To reduce fat from thighs so swimming, skipping, cycling push ups, sit ups. Along with this eat proper diet. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods. Take plenty of watery vegetables, whole fruits. Use unrefined foods. Protein foods will help to reduce fat and build muscle. Eat small amount of food. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink lots of water specially before meals. Take lukewarm water after meals. Quality sleep. These will help.

Everything You Need To Know About Paleo Diet

Paleo diet is one of those diets which have been gaining widespread popularity in the recent times. It has been touted by its supporters as the natural diet for human beings and also the diet that our ancestors used to consume. There is a lot of debate on its efficacy and it has its own set of advantages and disadvantages alike.

What exactly is a paleo diet?

The Paleo diet gets its name from the Paleolithic period of human civilization, thousands of years ago, where the availability and choices of food were varied and limited according to seasons. Most foods included lean meat, fruits, nuts, vegetables and were very different from the fast food, high sugar and saturated fat-based diet that humans are having now. This diet aims to go back to the basics to correct nutritional deficiencies as well as to try out to correct excesses of the modern diet.

Advantages of Paleo diet

  • Huge decrease in consumption of processed sugar
  • Normalization of blood pressure levels
  • Decreases in the level of bad cholesterol in the blood
  • Balance of protein intake due to limited and lean meat consumption
  • Increase in the consumption of vegetables and natural foods with less processed chemicals
  • Optimization of insulin within the body

Disadvantages of Paleo diet

  • Far too restrictive - Many believe that although it is a good diet, it loses out on the balance and becomes too restrictive with certain food groups being cut out completely, which may cause imbalances.
  • Excess of protein - Although Paleo diet cuts down on unhealthy fats, some of its ingredients may cause the consumption of too much protein which may not be good for health either.
  • Lacks of carbohydrates - Some believe that Paleo diet lacks carbohydrates and may not be a good source of energy. When working throughout the day, carbs provide energy but a low carb diet may cause energy-related problems. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Dietitian/Nutritionist.

Changing a shampoo might not be the permanent cure. Please find out the root cause. Whether you suffer from any hormonal disease, calcium deficiency etc. Also try to analyze your skin type. A good oil which suits your skin type might be of much help. Also try to consume some good antioxidant herbs like amla and shatavari.

Solution for what facial oilyness? wash thrice daily with medimix soap. Apply talcum sandal powder. Use tissues to wipe. Avoid fried goods. Keep bowels clean. Do yoga.

take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal....
