Being alone sometimes is a good thing but if you want to be alone all the time it is a sign of poor social development: no man is an island, and no man can live alone. We are all social animals, gregarious by nature, and we need each other. Relationships are the essence of man: we were conceived because of a relationship, we grew up in our mother?s womb through a parasitic relationship, we desire the relationship of a member of the opposite sex and finally we procreate from that relationship. The final test of a personality is in the social context; a better test of that person is when he with a member of the opposite sex; and the greatest test of your personality is when we bed and board with a member of the opposite sex in marriage. Wow, that is an exhaustive list of why you need to be in relations with others and to enjoy it. Introverts are afraid of people. If you are avoiding other people, it may have something to do with the fear of people. All in all this is not a healthy trend and you must work to get out of this tendency and love and live with others forever. If you want to then meet with a counselor, and/or attend programs that expose you to other people often and in very intimate circumstances to see what happens to you and then work on the issues that disturb you enough to want to avoid them.

Hi. If you do suryanamaskar daily its very good to maintain your health and to increase your metobolism. There is no adverse effect of suryanamaskar, you can do it regularly.

Social Media Addiction: 5 Reasons it is So Dangerous for Your Real Life.

Are you addicted to social networking sites? Generally, this addiction is caused as social media activity proves to be a stimulant for your brain’s pleasure centres. But, addiction to social media can take a toll on your health as it comes with numerous side effects. Here are some of the negative effects social media addiction has on your health.

1. Limited intellectual growth: Social media activity generally involves viewing photos, commenting on them or reading comments, reading status messages etc. When you get addicted to social media, these things constantly occupy your mind and hinder your intellectual development. This happens because your preoccupation keeps you away from learning new things, and reading or studying something that generates value. Social media addiction interferes with the development of your brain and reduces your ability to concentrate on any task.

2. Pain or cramps in the thumbs: Overuse of your thumb for typing on a mobile device can occur due to social media addiction. This in turn leads to consequences like chronic pain or cramps in your thumbs, which may result into calluses (thickening or hardening of your skin).

3. Low self-esteem: Social media addiction can lead to lower self-esteem as it makes you compare your life with that of other people. This creates an inferiority complex among most people as social media updates always project that their friends’ have a better life than them. In 2012, a team of researchers from UK conducted a study on social media users. The study revealed that out of 53% people whose behaviour had been influenced by social media addiction, 51% accepted that it diminished their confidence level.

4. Lack of attention: Remaining active on social media sites can result in decreased attentiveness and concentration levels, which are considered to be early symptoms of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder or ADHD. This happens due to the fact that constant use of social media websites creates a habit in people of switching from one task to another at short intervals. This has a negative impact on your attention span as you cannot concentrate on a single task for a long time.

5. Fatigue: Social media addiction is responsible for tiring your brain because of availability of too much information in a short duration of time. The brain often fails to process so much of information at such a short amount of time, which can completely exhaust you by the end of the day.

We all are aware of the fact that our height increases up to a particular age and then it comes to a halt. Height increases up to the age of 18years in women and up to the age of 20 years in men. Increase in height is attributed to the production of growth hormone, called the HGH( Human Growth Hormone), which is secreted by the pituitary gland called the master gland of our body. It is rather difficult to increase height after reaching adulthood as the production of these hormones slowly stops. In most cases, the epiphyses of the long bones are fused as the last bits of cartilaginous tissue in the bones turn into solid hard bones. This prevents any further growth in longer bones. However, if the hormones are released naturally, increase in height can be observed. If you frequently suffer from headaches, try switching on to a more healthy diet comprising of fresh fruits and vegetables that provide the body ample vitamins and minerals and regular exercise.

Whether you have a headache due to cold, stress or lack of sleep, here are some remedies to help you deal with a headache:

Take a nap: sleeping for a short while help to reduce headaches. However take care not to oversleep as it can aggravate the headache. A nap of 15-30 minutes is sufficient.

Practice breathing exercises: take slow deep breaths. Inhale and exhale slowly. This helps to ease out the discomfort caused due to the headache.

Head massage: massages are known to be effective in curing headaches. Gently massage your temples with your fingers in a circular motion. Also, gently tap your fingers on your forehead.

Aromatherapy: sniffing some aromatic oils can not only reduce headache but also uplift your mood. Essential oils of lavender, ylang ylang, sandalwood and vanilla are beneficial in soothing your stress away.

Initially, we need to know what thoughts are running in mind. What is it related to? you can pen down what is coming in mind to have clarity. second, when you feel thoughts are overpowering, leave everything aside and take a long walk, 20 mins or close your eyes and take deep breaths. focus should be on the breath. this will helps a lot. take proper sleep. further you can take up counseling and therapies for focus and building concentration.

Hello, There are many ways to get straight and silky hair, but the curls with which we are born with, can’t be totally get rid off. - Regular hot oil treatments is one the best and easiest ways to keep your hair smooth and well hydrated. The heat and saturation from the warm oil will relax the light wavy and curly pattern of your hair. For hot oil treatment, the best options are coconut, olive, almond or sesame oil. - Coconut milk is believed to help straighten hair. It has a moisturizing ability and also gives your hair a beautiful shine and luster. In a glass jar, mix one cup of fresh coconut milk and the juice of one lemon. Place the glass jar in the refrigerator for a few hours, until there is a creamy layer on the top. Massage your hair and scalp with this cream, and then leave it on for 20 minutes.Cover your head with a shower cap or swimming cap and wrap a warm moist towel around the cap. Leave it on for about 30 minutes, and then shampoo and condition your hair. - Mix together one-half cup each of milk and water. Store the mixture in a spray bottle. Comb out any tangles in your hair, spray the mixture over your hair and comb it again. Leave it on for 30 minutes so that the milk is absorbed by your hair. Then wash your hair with shampoo and apply conditioner. - Beat two eggs properly and mix in four tablespoons of olive oil. Apply this mixture to your hair and scalp, then comb your hair with a wide-toothed comb. Wear a shower cap and leave it on for 30 to 45 minutes. Rinse it off and wash your hair with a mild shampoo. - Mix together one cup of fuller’s earth, one egg white and two tablespoons of rice flour. Add enough water to the mixture to get a thin texture. Apply this mixture to your hair and comb your hair with a wide-toothed comb. Leave it in for one hour, and then wash it out with water. Now generously spray milk on your hair. Leave it on for 15 minutes, and then shampoo and condition your hair. - Mix one-half cup each of aloe vera gel and warm olive oil. Optionally, mix in six drops each of rosemary oil and sandalwood oil. Massage the mixture into your hair and scalp. Cover your hair with a shower cap and leave it on for one to two hours. Rinse it off and shampoo your hair with a mild shampoo.

hello sneha , ayurvedic & specially panchakarma treatment is very effective in spine problems . pain might be due to nerve compression . thats why you also feel no blood circulation in hand (Numbness).
