. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily ..Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

HOMOEOPATHIC TREATMENT AUCARE COMPLEXION DROPS ( WOLFE DIETRI) Drink 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily. WHITENING CREAM ( BIOVALLEY)Apply in circular fashion in morning two hour beore going outside while at homee. ANTI WRINKLE CREAM ( BAKSON) Apply in circular fahion at night. WHITENING SOAP ( BIOVALLEY ) Wassh face with this face wash before applying whitening cream SUNCARE CREAM ( BAKSON ) Apply 30 minutes before going outsside nd again reapply after 3-4 hrss after washing with whitening soap 1. Avoid the sun and/or use a good sunscreen. Sun damage is well-known to wreak havoc upon the best of skin. All sun worshippers that do not take heed pay the price with lax, leathery skin before their time ~ not to mention the risk of many dangerous skin cancers. The sun screen should be o Broad-spectrum protection (protects against UVA and UVB rays). o Sun Protection Factor (SPF) 30 or greater. o Water resistance o Preferably Homoeopathic SUNCARE SUNSCREEN ( BAKSON). 2. Drink plenty of water. Water is what nourishes our cells…it is present in EVERY cell in our bodies. But, many people do not drink enough of this elixir! And, without proper hydration, skin will appear dull and listless ~ lacking the elasticity that gives us our youthful appearance. What is the proper amount of water to drink per day? This is a controversial subject, but I recommend 9 cups for women and 12.5 cups for men. 3. Do not bathe in hot water since this has a harmful effect on the skin integrity, damaging it and drying it out. 4. Use a good moisturizer! Preferably Homoeopathic ROSE MOISTURISER ( SBL) 5. Partaking in regular exercise can improve skin elasticity. It is recommended to have 30 minutes of aerobic exercise to improve circulation for the skin. This gives the benefit of feeding the skin and removing any waste products more effectively. Hence, you will have a more youthful skin. 6. Proteins make up the matrix of our cells and thus are very important for good collagen and elasticity. Eat these top proteins for good elasticity: almonds, peanut butter, salmon, sardines and eggs. 7. Luten an antioxidant found in egg yolks, spinach, and other leafy greens may improve skin elasticity by almost 20%. Lutein is also found in topical face products. 8. Fish oil capsules taken on a daily basis can do much for skin elasticity. This is very important if you are on a diet or have already lost a lot of weight…fish oil is one of your best weapons to combat laxity and looseness of the skin. But, be sure to follow the dosage directions on the label (and consult a physician before taking anything) since the wrong dose may be harmful or dangerous in bleeding disorders (or other medical conditions). 9. Also, it’s important to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables for good skin elasticity. And, of these ~ the best ones to eat are as follows: • Red Peppers • Oranges • Grapefruits • Strawberries • Broccoli • Carrots • Mango • Apricots • Sweet Potato • Avocados So, if you have lost elasticity due to poor habits or weight loss ~ the above list should give you a guide on how you may improve your skin starting TODAY. Or, if you are needing a preventative treatment against aging…these habits can take you down the road to a much happier, youthful skin! We don’t have to give in to mother nature, there are always variables we can manipulate to fight back against what our mothers and grandmothers had to endure ~ loose, sagging skin.

Am I depressed or having psychological illness? I have almost stopped all socializing for past 5 months. I don't like to drink. No addictions. I have started meditation. It was inner calling. I like to spend most of my times now reading. Net researching on higher meanings of life. Psychic development. .practising different meditation. Some times I do get stressed and agitated with results being slow. But I discipline myself to keep on researching. I am new to this new age meditation but nothing else in the world excites me anymore. I don't want to travel and see the world. I just want to keep on concentrating on developing my inner energies. Is this all normal? My healer guru travels and goes to ashrams. But I am super focused on just myself. I have developed reasonable telekinesis and telepathic skills till now. But I hardly go out anymore because everything and everyone saps my energy more. I like to just live in my bubble. I live in a posh apartment locality and most find me egoist not to mix with anymore. I owe noon any explanation. I have started doubting my social behaviour? .Do I need to have a balanced way of life Or Is this Ok? Kindly be blunt and honest in your opinion.

There is a certain limit to finding yourself. We are all social animals and need each other. When we learn something new about ourselves, we want to share it with others. This extent of withdrawal is not normal. You must learn how to live and love people. Otherwise you are confining yourself to your own comfort zone but this will soon feel lonely and boring. We are all made for relationships and if you are not in one, you will become an isolate. All this can lead to depression too. So go out and meet the world and enjoy all the pleasures of relating and loving people.

My daughter don't want to eat regular food like milk, rice, vegetables etc. We have to feed her by force and she is very skinny but active all the time.

Hji some kids are fussy eaters. Try to inculcate good eating habits. Don't introduce wrong foods. If she is active and then skinny you don't need to worry much. Whatever is being made at home should be served. Take care.

There is no such difference. Total fluid intake to be decided based on kidney functions. Patient is probably having urinary stone also. If kindey functions are compromised then total fluid intake has to be restricted.
