Hi Crunches, Twist Crunches, Side Crunch, Reverse Crunches, Vertical Leg Crunch, Bicycle Exercise, Lunge Twist, Rolling Plank are best exercises to reduce weight. Regimens 1. Old sali rice, Samvaka, Kodrava, Bajara, Maze (makka), Barley, Green gram (mudga), Kulattha, Pigeon pea (arhara ),Chick pea (chana), Brinjal, Parvala, Drum stick (shigru), Butter milk, Cardamom, Amalaki, Mustard oil, Luke warm water, Food substance with pungent, bitter and astringent taste should be recommended. 2. Freshly harvested sali rice, Wheat, Black gram (udada), Potato, Milk, Curd, Meet, Fish, Clarified butter, Jaggery and intake of water after meal should not be allowed. Useful single formulations in Ayurveda for Obesity 1. Suddha Silajatu (Black Bitumen) 500 mg twice a day with hot water. 2. Vijaysar Kwath (Terminalia tomentosa) 20 ml twice a day with honey. 3. Juice of 2 lemon + 4 tsf honey mixed with 1 glass of water. This drink should be taken in the morning for 50 days. There are so many medicines in Ayurveda to solve your problems. Hi, body gain weight in a defined manner their is no effective way just to gain it on your face only, but you can have healthy diet,(fruits, vegetable) on regular basis and high protein diet, exercise daily. Do this for 3 months you will get better.

For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy for pimples can also help a lot. I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in your skin problems reply back for private consultation.

Tell me is USG prostate was done and what is PVR value mentioned in USG prostate ? Your friend need further evaluation, Get your PSA done and review with report Biopsy may be needed consult Urosurgeon for further management

Hello doctor. I am a breast cancer patient. I underwent surgery for the same one year ago. Now I have been diagnosed with ovarian cyst 5 cm. I have been advised to get it operated. But it can happen again also after operation. I am having one child 3 years old. Please suggest if there any chances of problems occurring if I plan my second child.

Hi. Ovarian cyst of 5 cm is a borderline size and if history of breast cancer is present than chances of ovarian tumor is high. Kindly get Ca 125 done. please share your usg reports. If surgery is required than entire ovary will be removed. But another ovary and uterus will be preserved so child may be planned in future. For further queries you can contact online.

Weight and Muscle gain needs patience and happens gradually with improved appetite and sensible eating. Weight gain needs a healthy wholesome diet with increase in proteins, healthy fats and required carbohydrate intake. Include more of fish, eggs, chicken, nuts and oilseeds, whole milk and milk products in your diet with ample quantity of fresh fruits and vegetables. Do not skip meals and eat frequently. Do some exercise along so that digestion is good. Take care that you do not have constipation and are properly hydrated. I am 42 yes old. For last 10 days I am suffering from a prblm. At night when I go for sleep 1-1.5 hrs, there is no sleep. Usually go for sleep at 12. Not only that my sleep is broken for several times. Earlier within 10-20 mins I got dream and sound sleep for 6 hrs. Now facing the above disturbances. Advice me with regards.

Simple ways for a restful sleep 1.Cut down on caffeine: Caffeine drinkers may find it harder to fall asleep. Even a single cup of coffee in the morning may lead to a sleepless night. Caffeine blocks the effects of adenosine, a neurotransmitter thought to promote sleep. Caffeine can also interrupt sleep by increasing the need to urinate during the night. Because caffeine withdrawal can cause headaches, irritability, and extreme fatigue, it may be easier to cut back gradually rather than to go cold turkey. Those who can’t or don’t want to give up caffeine should avoid it after 2 p.m. Or noon if they are especially caffeine–sensitive. 2.Stop smoking or chewing tobacco: Nicotine is a central nervous system stimulant that can cause insomnia. If you continue to use tobacco, avoid smoking or chewing it for at least one to two hours before bedtime. 3.Limit alcohol intake: Alcohol depresses the nervous system, so a nightcap may seem to help some people fall asleep. Alcohol suppresses REM sleep, and the soporific effects disappear after a few hours. Alcohol also worsens snoring and other sleep breathing problems. 4. Worry and stress causes sleeplessness. Find out what hurts you and resolve the issue.

1. Drink plenty of water with ors 2. Take one tablet of norflox tz twice daily 3. Take one tablet of meftal spas dd twice daily after food 4. Have bland diet like rice/khichdy with curd/butter milk, avoid oily/spicy/fried food.
