Change food habites. Add in your daily food vitamines, minirales, proteins, green vegitabales, dry fruites, fruites. Do arobic excersices, yoga (learn from guru) walking will help. Be regular in life with times.

We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical, gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

It is pain due to prostate enlargement and infection in kidney. May be stone in kidney. Take plenty of water in day time. Avoid spicy and oily meal. Avoid protein meals. Send your reports for better advice. You can take syp. Alkasol 10 ml thrice a day within 1 glass of water.

A good nutrition and exercises which increase the blood circulation (flow) on and near the areas of pores will definately help you to remove the pores and marks on face. There are methods and instructions which give relief you from pores & marks. * Eat healthy diet daily. * Eat 20 gm of soyabean cereal daily it contains protein which help in regeneration (making of new skin) of skin on the holes. * Eat an apple daily. It has vitamins that provide sufficient nutrition to the skin. You can drink a glass of carrot juice daily. * Drink 1/2 lime juice daily. It contains vitamin C good for your skin. * Drink a glass of milk with one teaspoon of MALTOVA POWDER daily at night. * Do jogging for 5 minutes daily. Psoriasis is a disease of unknown etiology. U get itchy eruption on parts affected. The skin become dry prior to eruption. Moisten the affected area by applying Vaseline or glycerine. It will soothe your itch and also check the spread of disease. For further help do consultation in private.

Know How Ayurveda Can Help Prevent Various Diseases!

Ayurveda is an ancient Indian medicine system, which believes that an individual’s overall health and well-being is a mix of physical and emotional health, achieved through a balance between the three doshas, vaata, pitta, and kapha. An imbalance between these three doshas results in diseases. Different diseases have predominance of one of these doshas. So prevention and cure of disease should be aimed at restoring the balance between the three doshas. Ayurvedic approaches, therefore, are very comprehensive, not just aimed at curing the presenting symptom, but also in restoring balance of the mind, body, and the environment.

The treatment approach goes back to basics, taking into account natural ways of living, which helps in rejuvenation, detoxification, bio-purification, and improved immunity. This is achieved by a combination of healthy eating, yoga, meditation, herbal oils and mixtures, Panchakarma massages, etc.

  1. Ayurveda believes in eating healthy. The various meals in a day should not be based on cravings, but on what the body requires and can digest. While the morning meal should be heavy, the dinner should be light and at least a couple of hours before sleep.
  2. Eat intelligent by including a lot of seasonal stuff, nuts, spices, seeds, leafy greens, and fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid canned, processed, and packaged food. Also there are specific food items aimed at restoring balance of vaata, pitta, or kapha, as the case maybe.
  3. Maintain a regular sleep pattern, which allows the body to align with the circadian rhythm and clear itself of impurities.
  4. Using common spices like turmeric, ginger, garlic, cloves, etc. to restore balances is also popular in Ayurveda. Various herbs are used either as churnas, powders, or oils to cure different conditions. These help in restoring the balance between the three doshas and prevent further disease. Oils used in Panchakarma and other therapies are also useful in detox and bio-purification. The mixtures are known as Rasayanas and are highly beneficial in detoxification and improving immunity.
  5. Avoid habits like smoking and drinking and drug abuse. These cause excessive toxins and stress and impair overall health in multiple ways.
  6. Ayurveda also believes in yoga (Surya Namaskar, Pranayama, etc.) and meditation to calm the mind and manage stress, which can help avoid a lot of lifestyle diseases, be it heart disease, diabetes or insomnia.

Ayurveda, as mentioned above, does not address the presenting symptom alone, but looks at an individual holistically and treats the person as a whole. The result is slowing of ageing process, feeling of rejuvenation, longer life, improved quality of living, and slowing onset of diseases. With lifestyle disorders on the rise, adapting an Ayurvedic lifestyle will help in prevention of disorders and an overall well-being.

Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari syrup and capsule twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

You should have healthy diet, healthy lifestyle with some physical activity. You should stop laziness and make your timetable of everything. Take your meals in proper time do not skip meals. Go for more fruits vegetables juices instead of bakery products sweets junk food.

I am having a problem of acne in my face frm last 5 years I have tried so many soaps n cream but it does not gave any result. I have tried all ayurvedic treatment but still it gave no effect. I am also having some acne scars on my face. Suggest me some solution so that I can get rid frm this problem.

Onions have anti-microbial properties and they help remove the acne related scars and spots. Take an onion and cut it into several pieces, grind them and then, separate the juice from the smashed onions. Apply this mixture on the affected areas of the skin; allow the mixture to remain on the skin for a few minutes and then rinse off with water. Sandalwood for erasing pimple scars and dark spots Mix two tablespoons of sandalwood powder with a few drops of rose water and apply it onto the spots or the entire face. Make sure to prepare a runny paste with sandalwood and rose water so that it takes time to dry out.Wash it off only after it dries.
