Hello, well healthy nutritious diet, some eye drops and some ayurvedic medicines do support eye health but it cannot remove glasses altogether especially a number like -8 d. Please try and understand that the glasses are a form of treatment for your poor eyesight, without them you will not be able to see clearly and might end up losing some eyesight permanently. If you do not want to wear glasses you can use contact lenses but with all proper precautions and hygiene. Another option is surgical correction of eyesight by lasik, but it will cost you atleast 20k- 25k. The health supplements and nutritious diet are important to keep your retina healthy so please do continue with them. Take care.

If you have lost that much weight within a few weeks without dieting or exercise, then it needs to be evaluated by a doctor. It can be infections or diabetes or thyroid problems etc. There are several reasons. Consult a physician immediately.

Weight badaane ke liye Koi solution h to please mujhe batao healthy hone ke liye Koi solution.
To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Hi, you are not having any mental issue. It is the situation at home which seems to have overwhelmed and thus you are feeling helplessness. You have been put alot of responsiblities over your shoulders too soon. And to take care of 12 members is not easy. You have said that your father is suffering due to back pain and he has been undergoing treatment but there is no relief. Your father's problem seems to be psycho somatic manifestation, which means, the pain is not due to physiological reasons but due to psychological reasons which here appears to be due to financial instability. He too must have been under the burden of being the single bread winner in the family which must have stressed him out so much that it has appeared in the form of lower back pain. It would be appropriate for you to talk to your family about how you are feeling and suffering. This will help to some extent. Also work with the family to understand how other members too can contribute towards running the family. This way others will also become responsible and you will also feel supported. If you will ignore and keep suffering then it will take a toll over your general mental and physical well being which will again make it difficult to function properly. This will later develop into a vicious cycle from which coming out will become difficult. Hope this was helpful. You can consult me further if required.

Dear, if you dont maintain your oral hygiene and dont follow the instructions given by the dentist you are more prone for delayed healing or dry socket. Regarding smoking, you can start once the extraction socket heals completely or probably after 3 or 4 days of extraction.

Coconut milk is among the richest sources of tissue-nourishing, plant derivatives. It is an excellent home remedy for keeping the hair soft without depending upon chemical formulations and regenerating dead hair follicles. You can also use a concoction of coconut oil mixed with half the amount of amla oil. Just add a dash of lemon juice to this mixture and you have an effective, dandruff-fighting and scalp-healing concoction that arrests receding hairline.

5 Tested tips to keep away from Allergies

Things to which body gets hypersensitive and reacts in the form of unwanted symptoms are allergies. These can be either on the skin, an immune response like fever etc, or food allergies. Acute onset and recurrence of symptoms are most irritating factors of allergies. Thus, prevention is the best solution and here are few tips to keep allergies at bay.

1. Early morning schedule -

A regular exercise schedule of min 20 mins stretching and 20 mins Yoga in soft sunlight will help to keep the vitamin D3 levels maintain. This will also help to keep the calcium levels up.

2. Breathing exercise -

Deep breathing in a rhythm like in yoga will help increase in lung capacity. This also keeps lower your anxiety.

3. Proper sleep -

Sleep more or less both ways is a source of illness. For an adult, a good sleep of 7-8 hrs is helpful to keep mind stress free. Most important 'Early to bed and early to rise keeps a person healthy wealthy and wise.'

4. Proper water intake -

Good amount of water intake at a regular interval will keep your body hydrated. This indirectly helps immune response and other physiological functions to work at full.

5. Keep healthy food -

It's really hard to find organic food material. Thus, roof gardens and kitchen gardens are increasing day by day. Taking raw salads and sprouts will help to provide routine vitamins and minerals. Seasonal fruits ones a day by chewing rather than juice will stimulate the appetite and balance metabolism.

Hi My daughter 34 years old married for 13 years, having lovely daughter of 6 yrs old & 42yrs old husband software engineer. It earning high salary owning high rise flat working from residence & engaged all the time with laptop, tv mobile only. He is a perfect saint, has no vices. It appears now that my daughter is totally unhappy with marriage& considers us responsible. She is suffering from high depression & turns down all our advice's as if we are her enemy. I am afraid whether she will be mad. Please advise what we should do.

MBBS, MD - Psychiatry, CE (New York)
Psychiatrist, Delhi
If she is having marital problem, the best option would be marital therapy. The success of marriage depends on participation and compromises by both husband and wife. However if your daughter has developed depression, she must be treated first for that, before any counselling is started.
