Hello- Your body needs to rest. It needs to see an elevation in proper neurochemicals, such as nitric oxide and testosterone. The penile tissues also needs help. O.M.(over masturbation) damages the tissues, causing them to experience oxidative damage. Meanwhile, the cortisol levels that cause exhaustion need to be stabilized. Hi, I am 32 year old, mother of a 3 year old. Since my delivery 3 years back I am suffering from depression. I took treatment (medications) for around 8/9 months but then stopped after I changed cities. I felt I was getting addicted to them. I couldn't sleep without meds. I have forgotten the medicine name. It's better to make time for yourself and do whatever you like. Join for art or music classes. Spend time creatively. Its good if you join for yoga. Find out any ladies club is there nearby. Become a member and spend time in a good way. Keep yourself busy and grooming. Enjoy with your child. Mother is the best teacher. Teach him good values and give him quality time. Take him out. Play with him. By doing so your child will develop a caring and affectionate bond with you.

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. Neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you wherever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifolium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.

Tips to understand common Heart related problems:

In laymen’s language, people use several random terms to describe heart attack and heart related diseases. Some of them are not related with heart or cardiovascular system at all.
I am listing here some commonly misunderstood conditions:


Stroke is Heart Attack.

Stroke is not related to heart. Stroke occurs when there is loss of blood (read oxygen) supply to brain. The insufficiency of nutrient rich blood towards brain leads to a ‘brain attack’, not a ‘heart attack’. This may lead to impaired movement, speech, thinking, emotional control and other functions of body.
People generally confuse the term ‘stroke’ with something related to heart.

Cardiac Arrest is Heart Attack.

Cardiac arrest is not heart attack. When a person’s heart stops pumping blood and he ceases to breathe normally, then it is called a cardiac arrest.
Wherein, a heart attack occurs when a coronary arteries becomes blocked by a blood clot or plaque. The heart muscles get robbed of its blood supply will begin to die because of oxygen deprivation, if immediate medical intervention is not given.

Heart Failure is Heart Attack.

Heart Failure, again, is not heart attack. Heart failure is not sudden stopping of heart’s functioning. It develops over time due to abnormality in valves or septum of heart and other reasons. Gradually, the heart becomes incapable of pumping enough blood in the body as it should.
During Heart Attack, Pain Occurs in the Left Side of Chest
Pain in left side of chest is not necessarily heart related. Firstly, heart is not exactly located on the left side of the chest as wisely believed. It mostly occupies centre of the chest area but its apex is pointed towards the left side. Secondly, a cardiac related pain is not limited to the left side of the chest. It usually is experienced in the centre of chest, left shoulder, radiates towards back and in the left hand.

Please use -- natural aphrodisiacs which can improve your libido and prevent premature ejaculation. This would include carrots, fennel seeds, celery, bananas, garlic, onion, ginger, shellfish, lettuce etc. - including these foods in your daily diet will ensure that you remain free from sexual problems, including premature ejaculation. Totally avoid masturbation till the time you get married --this is the best treatment for your for a happy marriage life.

Dear lybrate-user, OCD is a treatable disorder. You need not have to suffer for 4 years spoiling your studies. Please consult a psychiatrist. She/he will diagnose whether you are suffering from OCD or with other illness having OCD symptoms. She/he will assess you medically also. Later few tablets of SSRI or Clomipramine will be prescribed to you at tolerable level of dose. It may be continued for many months even for 2 years or so. If necessary, ERP (Exposure and response prevention) therapy will be added. ERP also needs repeated sessions. Please consult a psychiatrist and take treatment.

Both lutein and zeaxanthin are primarily found in green leafy vegetables, although zeaxanthin is far scarcer than lutein. Kale and spinach are two of the most lutein-rich foods, but you'll also find it in carrots, squash, and other orange and yellow fruits and vegetables. Both lutein and zeaxanthin are carotenoids called xanthophylls, which give plants and vegetables their yellow-orange color, and the name "lutein" comes from the Latin word "luteus," which means "yellow."
